Pleasant 4-day Hotel Stay Quick and easy check in. Friendly and helpful counter staff. Comfortable and quiet room with all the basic stuff, no frills. Good heat-a/c system. Nicely renovated bathroom. No breakfast but hot coffee with flavored creamers every morning.

Good Clean Hotel We spent five nights was a nice cool stay, hotel is limited in a way. In general we were happy with cleaning; special thanks to housekeeping lady; she takes good care of our room. Room is large enough with two queen size beds. Parking is really easy access sounded the hotel. We recommend Red Roof Cary

Good value for the price Simply used this hotel as a place to sleep. Not claiming it was the best nights sleep I’ve ever had (it wasn’t great), but it was clean and quiet so that’s all I could ask for, especially for the price. Would stay here again if passing through but not for a multi night stay.

Horrible Woman The woman with the accecnt at the front desk is just about the rudest person I've ever talked to. I've had bad experiences with Red Roofs in the past, but this was the only option for my last minute stay, and my hard feelings for them from the past were reconfirmed.

Worst ever I have never been to such a garbage place like this. I have been to dozens of hotels and guest rooms but never seen this amount of roaches and dirts ever. Also, they have stolen my money from the my credit card on file. The story starts when I booked two nights (Dec 14 and 15 2023). Due to missing flight, I couldn’t check in on the 14 but I called them and told them I will come on 15. When I arrived, the girl in the front desk asked me to pay for the 15 th again and she will refund the previous ones ( the 14 and 15). After this, they told me they will not refund me because they can’t!!!!!! They literally stolen my money. I do not know what else to say, but I will not save any effort to make my story viral to the best possible extent. BTW, the room I was in is 111.
