Customer service This is the worst customer service ever! I missed a reservation at this hotel and was charged for 4 nights. I never received an advanced email or text about my upcoming stay, all I received was a charge for the 4 nights on my credit card. I contacted the hotel which stated they did not have my email or phone number only my credit card. No call backs from management as requested and twice corporate told me they contacted the hotel and told them to contact me, and they never did again! I have a claim number provided me by choice hotels which I was told to call back if the hotel didn't respond and this has done no good either. Still waiting and now on hold with the corporate line and they don't have a clue! I will place this review on every web site I can find to warn people of this deceptive practice and Customer service. Finally got a refund after threatening to write a review which I'm still going to warn travelers.

Lost my reservation Booked a room 6 weeks in advanced through the hotel website, whilst logged in with my account. When I arrived they said they did not have my reservation and the only reservation they had was one for 4 nights, on slightly different dates which was cancelled - which I never made. When I log in to account all I can see is the cancelled 4 night booking which I did not make, instead of the 1 night booking that I did make. Fortunately they had availability and were able to get me a room. But depsite me contacting Radisson asking them to explain how my reservation was lost, no one was able to provide an explanation and instead I got the generic responses of "sorry things didn't go as planned".

Emergency accommodations Had a house full already and the unexpected family showed up by surprise I had absolutely no more room in my house so u called the raddison last minute and my family members were in a room with in the hour they also have some of the best tasting foodbthatvi have tasted in a long time oh and a full restaurant and bar !

OK place Radisson Casa Grande Overall 4.5/5 Internet 5/5 Pros: the room was fine. Internet was good. Room was spacious. Good-sized desk and chair. Location is good. Parking seemed OK. Motel was quiet. Cons: hot water has to run for awhile to get really hot. Room could have used more flat surfaces. Toilet didn't flush properly - had to hold the handle down for the entire cycle. Breakfast was poor. They have an independent bar/restaurant in the lobby and that's always bad for breakfast. Many guests had to pay. Then they were out of hot food by 8:45. No yogurt, no oatmeal, no juice that I could find. Oddly, this place is better for a longer stay than for one night passing through.

Amazing Stay Great place to stay. The hotel grounds and room was clean and tidy, The pool was clean and cool. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful during check in. I would recommend anyone traveling to AZ / casa grande to stay at this location. We loved our say !!
