Roach Motel Ah, where do I even begin to recount the horror show that was my recent hotel stay? As a seasoned traveler who's seen more hotel rooms than I care to count, I thought I had encountered it all. But oh boy, was I wrong. Picture this: I check into what seemed like a promising establishment, drop off my bags faster than you can say "vacation," and head off to a family reunion. Fast forward to our return late at night, and the reception? Closed. The mood? Panic. Upon opening the door to our supposedly cozy abode, I was greeted not by the inviting sight of a neatly made bed, but by a swarm of German cockroaches having a party like it was Oktoberfest. They were everywhere, scuttling around as if they owned the place. It was a family reunion alright, a reunion of the creepy-crawly kind. My poor wife was beside herself with horror, and who could blame her? Sleep was but a distant dream as we waged war against our unwanted roommates throughout the night. And let me tell you, battling roaches is not how I envisioned spending my evening. The next morning, we were met by a sympathetic receptionist who offered us a 50% discount as compensation. But let's be real, no amount of money can erase the trauma of a night spent with roaches as roommates. But my dissatisfaction doesn't end there. Oh no, I'm calling for a full-scale bug extermination revolution. The current bug-battling company? Fired. A new, more competent one? Hired. And as for the hotel itself? It needs to undergo a thorough fumigation, even if it means shutting down for a few days. Because let's face it, no one wants to stay in a roach-infested hotel. So, with a heavy heart (and possibly a few roaches hitching a ride in our luggage), we bid farewell to this nightmare of a hotel, leaving behind a scathing review on TripAdvisor to warn others of the horrors that await. Here's hoping my next adventure involves fewer creepy crawlies and more complimentary chocolates on the pillow.

Amazing service My stay was amazing! Mrs J was extremely helpful, very professional and so was her staff. You can tell the customer is first. Room was very clean, nice space and area was quite. Mrs, J should teach customer service as it was amazing how she took the time to explain any questions I had. Probably one of my best stays at a economy brand! I will definitely refer this location to anyone. Keep up the great work ! Thank you for making me feel special

DON'T STAY HERE!!!! ROACHES EVERYWHERE OMG!!! Call the health department immediately! The beds are awful, mattresses are from 1990 with springs popping out. No stoppers for the tub kids can't take bath. Bed linen had blood stains and dirt that won't come out. The towels and wash cloths had black stains on them. Good location, plenty of restaurants and shopping stores within walking distance. Never needed any maintenance so can't comment on the team. Front desk staff all but one were amazing. BEWARE OF RHONDA at the front desk. Nasty attitude, rude to everyone, very cold hearted. I thought for a short time it would be a decent place to lay my head, I'd rather sleep in my car. Cigar wrappers everywhere on the ground meaning plenty of weed smoker's on the property. I saw a lady of the evening 4 times during my stay go into different rooms with the same outfit on. Prostitution? I wish I saved the photos I took in the room, but every photo had roaches and it was just too nasty to look at. DON'T STAY HERE!!! Up the road 3 miles away across from the mall is a Extended Stay same price, bigger rooms and they provide cook wear, dishes and utensils. Don't waste your money or time. Supposedly the management changed, but the problems didn't. Pass It On!

Delightful This place and employees should be 10 stars! Ms. J is amazing. I have been here a few times and what a difference she has made as the new management. Her front desk staff is super fantastic. Maintenance attended to any issueI had. What a difference from a few years ago. Ms j and her staff are never to busy to speak to guest and ask how there stays is going. They make you feel at home. Thank you! You can tell they love what they do and you see the results! Thank you all for being such amazing people. Merry Christmas

Diamond in the ruff! Diamond in the ruff! This place is tucked away, like a quite oasis. The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. My room was clean and a pleasant smell. furniture was outdated but that didn't matter because of the care of the room. The service was what topped it for me, you can tell the have a great leadership team and customer service is important, I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a great price, clean rooms and great service.
