Our August stay What a great hotel in a fantastic location with just jaw dropping views. All the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We were a little worried when we arrived at how far out we were from Sorrento and other surrounding areas but actually this was a blessing being so isolated in a heavily populated part of Italy. The transfers from the hotel to the train station was fast & cheap and the train was easy to navigate and also very cheap. The private beach was lovely and much bigger than expected. We were worried about food at the restraunt as i saw some bad reviews but both the lunch and dinner was great with fantastic views to match . Our room was really big and easily accommodated all 3 of us. I'd love to return back to this hotel in the future.

Honest assessment Let’s start off with the good bits. Lovely pool, breakfast selections is very good. Dinner in the Alga Restaurant is good. Food prices are ok but drinks is expensive. Staff in restaurants and Breakfast area are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, that’s the good bit out of the way. Bar food is expensive, drinks prices are super expensive and pricing is made up as they go along. Some bar staff are ok but others can be a bit rude and unhelpful, same with reception staff. It appears to depend on who you speak to as to how you are treated. Hotel shuttle bus is €3 per person each way. Considering the Hotel is isolated, it should be cheaper or at least free. The main road is too dangerous to walk to the nearest town Vico Equense. First and only time I would stay at this hotel. I booked it as a family holiday to celebrate my wife’s 60th. Very disappointed. Currently staying in the hotel. If anybody wants to ask questions, please feel free.

Holiday at the towers hotel sorrento Lovely hotel, lovely room, couldn’t fault any of the staff all very welcoming had a great 2 weeks holiday with my husband the location of the hotel is a bit isolated but not to difficult to get to where you wanted to go the only downside was the pool guy ( Mario ) reserving 50plus sunbeds around the pool these were for local residents to use this happened every Saturday , Sunday and during the week it was about 10 beds reserved some of them were never used the guests at the hotel never managed to get a sunbed around the pool side this only happened when (Mario)was on duty in my opinion the paying guests should be the priority and not locals. Jackie & bill lawrie I would like a response from the hotel management

Nice hotel awful restaurant! Hotel room was average but clean. No storage space apart from a couple of drawers and a rail, not enough so we had to use our suitcases during the 11 night stay to keep clothes in. Has a bath with shower over it, very steep to get in and out the bath to have a shower, not good if you have mobility issues. Staff around the pool and reception were really helpful. Bar is expensive, 7 euros for a small beer! Shuttle bus is 3 euros per way to local lovely town Vico equesnse, I recommend Titos restaurants and pizzeria for food! Amazing there. The hotel food was nice at breakfast, plenty of pastries, continental food and the staff were lovely. Only ate in the restaurant once and that was enough! Calamari was awful looked like cat food, couldn’t eat it, pizzas were burned on the bottom and pasta was beyond all dente, it was hard. Seafood linguine had no shellfish in it, I asked a waiter where the clams and mussels were that weee stayed in the menu, he shrugged and walked off! Absolutely terrible !!They charged 300 euros for 6 of us, so expensive, they tried to charge us for extra drinks which we had not had. I complained and they were not happy. But I did get them taken off along with the two seafood linguines which had no fish in it!! Such a rip off and was scammed. Go elsewhere for food!!

Italians will always come first at this hotel! Just returned from a weeks stay, it was so hot! Pointers for the hotel: On arrival if you go by coach it will drop you off at the top of the drive of the hotel & you you have to walk down past the car park. You can get a shuttle bus from the hotel to take you to the train station for Sorrento, Pompeii etc, you have to book this at reception (you are not told this at reception when you book in) €3 each way, we found this the best way of travelling and the bus drops you right outside the station. Taxi’s are very expensive (€80 one way to Sorrento). If eating at the restaurant you have to book a table for the following day, the food was ok and the menu only changed once while we were there for a week so it was repetitive. Be prepared to wait, also Italians always come first when being served! Breakfasts were mainly continental although there was scrambled egg and (bacon when you could get it). Also beware of the white chairs they have black toggles holding the seat cover on which left black on the back of the chairs and this transferred onto my clothes and it doesn’t wash out! We had no issues with the hotel, the view from our room was beautiful & the housekeeping was excellent. There are staff around the pool to take any orders for drinks but no one approached us all the time we were there, which was poor. Sunbeds were plentiful and towels are provided. Our room had a corner bath with overhead shower that was really steep to get into which some people might have an issue with. If you’ve booked with TUI dont expect to see a rep we didn’t see one all the time we were there. The location to this hotel was on a main road and out of the way, but is ideal if you have a car. Stunning sunsets!
