Already booking my 4th time. The body holiday has become my happy place. once again, I had the time of my life. This is THE holiday destination for sporty singles and Yasmine, the manager is a star: the service is impeccable, the bodyguards are kind, dynamic, funny (Deano, Darren), the gardens very well kept and food is good. 5/5

Great vibes A very enjoyable trip, very attentive staff, especially the water-skiing boat driver (sherman). In the evening you can join the communal table, so you are not eating on your own and is a great way to meet people. All the different activities are also a great way to try new things/meet people, but you are under no pressure to do these, you can be a lazy or active as you like. The daily spa treatments are very good, sometimes difficult to fit everything in.

A great experience with fantastic staff. Reading some of the Tripadvisor negative experiences I wondered if those reviewers stayed in the same hotel that we did! From the welcome from staff when stepping from our taxi though to the staff who saw us off 10 days later EVERY member of staff we came into contact with was polite, helpful, attentive and friendly. Passing any staff member in a corridor would be met with an appropriate greeting. The food offerings are varied and consistently good with a choice of restaurants. The all inclusive package was just that. The option for slightly more exotic food e.g. lobster was there for a reasonable extra cost. The no tipping policy with the option to tip when checking out was a breath of fresh air and, contrary to one of the negative reviews, is shared annually amongst all the staff except the management. The all inclusive drinks were comprehensive and freely available with the staff never leaving you with an empty glass without asking if they can get you anything. The watersports staff are helpful and friendly and, most importantly, constantly watchful of guests in the water, responding quickly to anybody in difficulty with a Hobie Cat or Kayak, etc. The fitness activity instructors, known as Bodyguards I think, were knowledgeable, encouraging and humorous with it. The daily all inclusive treatments and carried out by skilled therapists with more exotic treatments offered at an extra charge. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. A telling fact is that a vast number of fellow guests were returnees. One gentleman I spoke to was on his 16th trip! Another lady was on her 2nd trip this year. My wife was looking forward to the treatments, I was a little concerned that I might get bored. However, the daily activities, mostly at no extra cost, started at 7 a.m. and continued throughout the day meant that I rarely sat around wondering what to do with my time. My only mild negatives: The rooms, while large and well equipped, are looking a little tired in places. The hotel website is cumbersome and did not work properly when trying to book treatments before leaving the UK. We were not told that we needed to visit reception after arrival to authorise a credit card to gain access to our program of treatments, pre-allocated by the hotel. When we visited reception to do this after breakfast the first morning we then were informed our first treatments had been scheduled for 10 minutes prior to arriving in reception! The treatments were quickly and without fuss rescheduled but do visit reception soon after arrival. Overall a fantastic 10 days made so in no small part by the fantastic staff.

Not as good as it was I have been to this resort previously on two occasions. Unfortunately on this occasion it didn't live up to it's five stars. Positives - the spa treatments were amazing. Most of the staff throughout the resort were hard working and really friendly. Beach and restaurant staff - it really did depend on who you got serving you (or not serving you) staff wise. Negatives - we got the full week of workmen and diggers on the beach (whilst they put extra sand down). The schedule for this works was never kept to. Staff and guests were not updated by management about when the beach was to be closed - staff couldn't answer questions from quests. They changed the beach closing times with little warning. Yes they discounted us for the affected days, but communication is key when you are doing works at a hotel! Food was hit and miss - our first dinner at the resort we had to send 4 out of the 5 meals back as they were cold. The Asian restaurant (1st visit) we were squashed on a table and then limited as to how much food we could order! We complained. The second visit was better (except for dumper trucks thudding along the beach right by us and dishing out fumes galore), but food was returned to the kitchen as the fish cakes were 'fridge cold' in the middle. The entertainment was either cringe worthy (female singer) or excellent (disco jazz player). Reception was always too busy and you had to wait to be served every time you went to see them - lack of staff. Would I return - I very much doubt it. Already booked a 5 star in Antigua for November 2025

Amazing Honeymoon We had an amazing time on our honeymoon a couple weeks ago at BodyHoliday. We felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. Our ocean view room was clean and modern with up-to-date amenities. We enjoyed the amount of exercise/activity options throughout each day. Food was amazing and quite healthy overall. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. We also met a lot of people who are recurrent stayers which was a good sign. Would recommend to anyone looking for an all-inclusive hotel in Saint Lucia. We would definitely return!
