Peaceful Stay! Im so happy we stayed here. It’s in the perfect location for us right outside of the city. Biggest thing for me ITS SO CLEAN!! The people that run this place are so kind and remembered us by name! We will be back! also big plus there’s a hot tub and breakfast!

Great Stay for our Wedding! We stayed 2 nights for our wedding that was being held in Castro Valley. The manager, Mr. Patel, was attentive and helped make sure my wedding party and guests were all on the same floor. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. We enjoyed their continental breakfast in the morning (eggs, sausage, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, etc). We had a great experience! Thank you Mr. Patel and staff for making my wedding weekend a blast.

Standard Hotel Pleasant enough spacious Room and easy parking. The bed was comfortable although the pillows were soft and non supportive. My only real complaint concerns the breakfast experience: lousy coffee and obnoxious FOX “News” political propaganda blaring in the breakfast room. I was the only one in the room for breakfast and muted the sound. The worker reentered the room and snapped the noise back on. So I retreated to the adjacent outdoor patio.

The Best Customer Service and Spa Room We've ever had! First, let me say that we've never stayed here before. We came and stayed here for my niece's wedding at the local golf course. We arrived a day early and I had requested a spa tub room. To begin with the room was fabulous. It was CLEAN and regularly maintained you could tell. The spa tub was to die for. The bed had a mattress I loved it was so comfortable and the pillows were sent from heaven. I asked if I could get the address where they got the pillows and they let me buy two of them from them. The customer service was better than any customer service I've ever had my entire life and I'm going on 62. My entire family stayed for the duration of the wedding, but my husband and I arrived early and left a few days after the family. We loved the hotel and service so much we are coming back for our 30 year anniversary on July 11, 2022. This will always be our go to place for a getaway just my husband and I. It is fabulous. I can't say enough about it. The customer service was what stands out even beyond all the other fabulous things the hotel offers. It is just above and beyond any of the others. I love this place every day and every minute. May God have mercy on us. No one paid us to say these things and the hotel workers were above and beyond when it comes to service. I mean you cannot find any better service anywhere.

Definitely would return Clean, well maintained, convenient access to freeways and Castro Valley. Fantastic staff, friendly and responsive to your requests. The staff treated us like family. Morning breakfast was delicious with multiple choices. We would definitely return. Thanks for the great stay.
