...just another awesome trip to The Hard Rock Great Food Great Service on all aspects Rooms always clean and great Always get a "Good Gamble" but wish they would DROP THE ANTE on the table games

Stinky, overpriced. Smoking in no smoking areas made the whole place stink. Way overpriced for what you get. You are paying too much just for the brand.

Hotel is fabulous, Slots are tight The Hotel, restaurant, bars, and concerts are amazing. Slots are a bit tight. I love the buffet and all the many options. slots hit a little but quickly take it back. You can spend a lot of money in a very little amount of time.

Rundown and smoke smell is overwhelming This was not at all what I expected from a Hard Rock hotel. It was run down and the smell of smoke permeated everything. The front desk was not friendly or helpful when we asked for a slightly earlier check in due to a wedding we had to get to. They would not tell us over the phone if we could check in early even though we were driving from Texas and had to plan accordingly. The room service staff was rude and our food took over an hour and a half when we were told 30-40 minutes. It was a very disappointing experience in all.

Overnight Stay I was very impressed with the speedy check in even though line was long. We used the shuttle service to the airport and the driver was very knowledgeable and helpful. The room was spotless and we enjoyed the diner! Thank you for a brief but great stay! I really appreciate being able to use the shuttle to the airport and gaming was lots of fun and great choice of slots!
