poor room cleaning improve cleaning, especially bathroom, bath tub was not cleaned well. Desk staff were fine, location good.

3 at best My husband and I were looking for a hotel to stop and stay the night when driving from Moab to Zion. We saw the ratings and chose based on that, but I’m not sure how this hotel had a rating of 4. It’s a tired old motel that’s been updated, with no elevator and outside door entry to rooms. The “Mountain View” is kind of a stretch. The shower was nice and hot with a good shower head, nice towels, and the room was clean. The in room coffee was really bad, but the coffee in the lobby at breakfast was really good. This room should be $80-$100 instead of the $145 we paid. The area even seemed a little sketchy. If it was ranked a 3, you’d know what you are getting and could make a better decision.

Rooms need attention The inside of the door was filthy, stains running down the wall, just dirty. Pool hand rail was rusted and was falling off.

Great place, great service Clean, staff was friendly and awesome. During check in the individual helping me noticed I was on crutches from a recent accident and offered options to make my stay easier without me asking. Genuinely cared.

Quick Stay Nice place to stay for the night. Roomy and quiet, close to food and freeway. Would stay again in the future.
