A great stay! We had a very nice stay. We came to the area for the biking and the Inn was right on the trail so we booked two nights. Very nice place we will likely go back again before the season is over. Very friendly folks and a clean comfortable homey room. Next time we will hit the Mexican restaurant across the street!

DISAPPOINTING! If this is luxury, we'll take budget. Have had better experiences at budget hotels. Furniture was good quality when it was purchased many years ago, but is showing it's age. Three rooms occupied, and they put everyone together so when the neighbors got up at 6 AM, everyone got up, since you can hear their every move and flush. Breakfast was a joke with frozen sandwiches for us to microwave and a surly attendant if we had questions. Expected so much more for the price given all the 5 star reviews, but now we know.

Excellent, family-run small inn I came with a group of friends for the hamfest (amateur radio) and for riding the bike paths. This is a very busy weekend (the hamfest alone brings 30,000 visitors to the area) and we were very lucky that we found this inn. You interact directly with the owners and they are very accomodating (thank you for making decaf coffee just for me!). Rooms are sparkling clean and comfortable. There is no gym but who needs it, with 300 miles of bike paths starting right in front of the hotel!

Trail Oasis Stayed while biking the Ohio To Erie Trail. All our needs were met. Clean, large comfortable rooms. Friendly and accommodating owners and staff! This place is an Ohio treat! Immediately adjacent to the trail. Very bike friendly and they even assisted us with our bike planning! Stay here! You'll create great memories!

Exceeded my expectations... perfect for visiting Cedarville University I recently had the opportunity to stay two nights at the Hearthstone Inn & Suites in Cedarville. To say that my experience surpassed my expectations would be an understatement. From the friendly front-desk staff to the immaculately clean room (I couldn't even find dust on top of the armorie or light fixtures!), I was very impressed with the attention to detail and genuine hospitality offered. I have to admit that I was a bit concerned that I'd be walking into an outdated and frumpy facility when looking at photos online, but I was pleasantly surprised to find an upscale yet homey vibe. The rooms weren't "modern" in their decor, but nothing looked outdated. The biggest draw for me choosing to stay at this location was its proximity to Cedarville University, as my oldest was visiting the school. It is an easy walk to main campus from the inn. Since she's decided to attend Cedarville, I anticipate we'll be frequent guests at the Hearthstone Inn over the next four years!
