Wonderful stay! Perfect for a group of friends. The wet bar suites have so much room. We loved this hotel! The staff was friendly and very accommodating, and the rooms were clean and very comfortable. Love the Dove soaps in bottles provided for you too! We will stay here again if we are back in town! We came and met a large group of friends and enjoyed the spacious lobby to visit and play cards.

Best hotel in Dayton - Centerville I can honestly say, I have never felt so comfortable in a hotel as I did there. The staff are always happy and smiling. The pool was so warm and clean. Property is secluded but near so many places to eat within walking distance. The FD staff were always present and helpful. Kinda wished I traveled more to the area just to stay there.

Not very clean and lacking staff The only positive thing I can say is this hotel was convenient to Centerville area, in a nice area, with easy access and free parking. However, the hotel was in need of a deep clean. My room had a very bad odor, like wet dog. The carpeting in my room was very dirty and so were the curtains. Found Dorito chip pieces on the floor. The air conditioning unit very noisy. When I picked up the bath mat to lay it down, it was completely wet and dirty as if it had been used before. Did I bring this to someone’s attention at the hotel, no, because each time I entered or exited the hotel there was never anyone at the front desk? How do you run a hotel with no one attending the desk.

Hamvention hotel We had a very nice stay at this hotel. Our room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. The location was excellent. It was an easy, scenic 25-minute drive to the Greene County Fairgrounds, where we were attending the Hamvention amateur radio event. It was also close to many restaurants and stores. A special thank you to the many exceptionally nice staff members: Paul and the two ladies (whose names I didn’t get) working the front desk, and the friendly and hardworking housekeeping staff. The only person who was crabby was the breakfast lady, but the others were so nice that they cancelled her out. We hope to stay here again for next year’s Hamvention.

Bad customer service I booked a room and had to cancel it. I know I canceled the room but I didn’t not get an cancellation email. So I explained that to the front desk manager and she cut me off before I could even tell her what was goin on and told me I couldn’t get a refund because I didn’t cancel the room when I I know for a fact I did. I had to call higher up and they told me to speak with the hotel I called again to let her know I couldn’t travel all together now and she basically said I can’t get a refund because I filed a complaint.
