comfortable stay at a reasonable price the room was clean. the bed was comfy. there was a microwave and a mini fridge AND an indoor pool and workout room and free breakfast in the morning. the women at the front desk, both morning and evening, were very pleasant. it was pretty quiet except for the noise from the highway which, honestly just sort of faded in to the background, pretty consistent, like a noise machine! i have no complaints and would/will stay there again.

Enjoyed my stay I hsd a great stay every thing was nice and clean the bed was very comfortable,the pillows nice and soft,the staff was very friendly,the breakfest was great,I really enjoyed my stay thank you to the owner a d staff.did all lot of expoloring around Chambersburg haven't lived there for 17 years it has been build up a lot for the better

Ya get what ya pay for You get what you pay for I guess. The staff is super friendly. The hotel needs some love. The carpets are dirty. The pool is freezing and the bathtub/shower...looks like they painted it and the paint is peeling off. Breakfast wasn't the greatest. We only ate there the first morning of our 2 night stay.

AVOID THIS LOCATION Two senior ladies travelling (driving) thousands of miles. Drove 12 hours. Checked in at dark. Great bedding and pillows. No hair dryer. Requested one at front desk - was told they don’t have any. No hangers in closet. No tissues. Only one face cloth & one hand towel in room. Asked for another at desk - was told I could get one in the morning. Calmly stated we both would like to wash our face ‘tonight’. Desk agent directed me to follow him - he opened a guest room and brought out a hand towel & bath towel - stated “no face cloth, you can use the end of towel”. No coffee maker or accompanying items. No liner bag or lid for ice bucket. No toilet paper holder - roll was perched on the edge of the bathtub. Showering was difficult as the head was angled to the side wall and positioned too high up to reach for adjustment. I have stayed at MANY Econolodge hotels in past travels which were acceptable. This location is NOT. We were much too tired to seek out alternate lodging. Thank goodness the beds were comfortable.

Your job is about the hotel guests This choice hotel is very convenient to Route 81 and to restaurants in Chambersburg . The front desk staff (who have been there for some time) know what they were doing but I would suggest that they try to make guests feel welcome when they arrive. My biggest complaint is that breakfast doesn't open until 7. The lobby had over a dozen people waiting for the doors to open in the breakfast room. Although it is convenient for their breakfast staff person. Iit is not for guests waiting to get on with their day.
