Great hotel The beds are pillow top so so comfortable The pillows are great as well Breakfast second to none best I ever had Location was great walked to Walmart and restaurants Front desk staff were excellent Pool area and jacuzzi were clean and nice area Would stay again right across from chandler fashion center Alan

Great family trip! We had a really good time. Stayed here to visit family for the week. Everyone was really great and housekeeping was very careful to clean everything. We requested extra towels and blankets upon arrival and it was there before we walked in. Would 100% recommend!

Great people in a building that needs help Great location and very friendly staff. The real let down of the property is the condition of the building. Our room had a damp musty smell (I looked in the AC unit and the coils were packed full of dirt), there were small bugs flying around the sink, there were water stains on the ceiling in the bathroom and the tub even was rusty around the drain. In addition the AC didn’t work in the hall and the temp was 86 degrees. This could be a really nice place but it either needs a remodel or some serious maintenance. It is a shame because the people are wonderful, but the building is not up to a Marriott standard.

Not a good vibe. Was expecting more based on reviews. First off is that $15 parking fee??? I’ve never seen a more empty lot. Tip - park across the street at strip mall for free!!! Room was ok. Many stains on walls, couch(???), TV hand / finger prints, just not well cleaned. Shower door handle fell apart. Toilet handle was loose making toilet to continue running. Anyway seemed to be one little thing on top of the next. Came back from a day out and room had not been touched. Called and said they only clean every other day ??? Funny because they leave a card in room that you can scan for leaving a tip… for what? They also have a card from West Elm advertising the couch. West Elm should pull that as there were obvious stains on couch that made it hard to even sit on. The breakfast staff was really good and extra attentive to cleanliness. Just not a good vibe at this hotel. Maybe it was the silly parking charge that set the wrong tone from the start.

Uncomfortable room furniture We stayed here because of the location and the previous reviews. We stayed in a king suite. The sofa was so hard we never sat on it and the small desk chair wasn’t comfortable either. We like a soft mattress so the bed was too hard for us even after putting two of the fluffy comforters under the sheet. Neither one of us slept good the 5 nights. Won’t be staying at a Spring Hill Suites again. The hotel is clean and all employees were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was your normal hotel fair.
