Great Place A very nice hotel in a perfect location. It is 2 blocks from the market area. You really can't ask for a better location. I stayed at the Townhome room which was very nice. Downstairs was the living area and upstairs the bedroom. It was quiet at night. There is coffee in the lobby all day with cookies after 3 pm. The breakfast is really good with many hot and cold items. It is well attended. I would certainly stay here again. My only suggestion is the afternoon 'wine and cheese hour and a half' should be self served. I felt like it was being rationed out. As such, I brought my own snacks because there is a really nice view from the room they use. It was a great stay and I would return. And I do because I go to Charleston every summer. Other good news is the 'Confederate Museum' at the market has reopened on weekends. It is now called the 'Civil War Museum'. The only Union item on display is a flag from a gun boat which the Confederate ground forces captured. It is a very impressive museum run by the Daughters of the Confederacy. The hotel was a great place to stay and I will return.

Do NOT waste your money The rudest, pretentious place we've ever been to. Very unfriendly, unpleasant staff, dusty room, skid mark in the toilet! Unbelievable!! We are very tired and it's midnight here. So, we are staying unfortunatel regardless. We would never come back here. We do NOT recommend this Inn.

Great accommodation Very friendly staff, clean room, great location. Bathrooms a bit tight but clean! Very cool buildings. The breakfast and wine happy hour were fabulous additions. Overall would recommend this for cleanliness, friendliness and location!

Lovely boutique hotel We were visiting from the UK and the Andrew Pinckney Inn was a 2 night stop as we continued our US road trip. It really was a fantastic place to stay and so convenient for exploring Charleston and for walking to pick up the ferry for Fort Sumter. The room was really nice and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the terrace room was a lovely place to enjoy it. We also took advantage of the great hospitality on offer when the free wine and nibbles took place. It was great to chat to fellow guests and we all enjoyed finding out a bit about where we came from. All in all a wonderful stay.

Great location and hotel Great location! Breakfast was really good, and the wine reception is really nice too. They also provide water in the room, which is awesome. They offer a texting service so you can reach out with questions, which is super convenient. Would highly recommend.
