Exceptional stay - exceeded all expectations! My recent stay at the Charleston place left me thoroughly impressed by every aspect of my visit. The staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. My room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views. The facilities were top-notch, and the dining options were exceptional. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations in every way, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay.

Charming Charleston Perfect location near the best restaurants and shopping on King Street. The rooms are nicely appointed and comfortable. The amenities on the Club floor made for an e yea special stay. The staff is incredible, many thanks to Roosevelt and Dan for making our stay perfect!

Fabulous Stay After a long day of traveling, Morgan and Aurora, at the front desk, greeted us with kindness and a refreshing glass of champagne. They made sure our first impression of the hotel didn’t disappoint. Before meeting others for dinner, we stopped at the Thoroughbred Club for cocktails, where Chelsea provided prompt service and was more than willing to answer our questions about the menu and make sure we were not late for dinner. When we returned to the room later that night, I said to my husband, “I need to find the ice maker and get some ice.” Before I could put the bag in the ice bucket, there was a knock at the door. When I opened it, Ingrid was standing there with a bag of ice and bottles of water! What service!!! Not only did the staff attend to our needs, they anticipated them. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at the hotel and look forward to a return visit.

Excellent customer service I’ve always liked the Thoroughbred Club, but this past time I went for lunch was one of the best experiences I’ve had in Charleston. Our waiter, Chris, was not only an attentive server but also provided recommendations on where to find cuff links and called around to a few local shops to help us locate the perfect pair. My friend's husband left his cuff links at home and needed a pair that night for a wedding. Without Chris’ help we wouldn’t have found the perfect links at Croghans! He went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.
