Phenomenal Experience! I highly highly recommend the French Quarter Inn! We were there celebrating both a college graduation and a birthday and everyone at the Inn was the most helpful, most friendliest and best of anywhere that I’ve stayed - both domestic and international. We felt more like family members and employees went well above and beyond to ensure our vacation was memorable and relaxing! The breakfast, apps and cookies were excellent and so excellent that the front desk surprised my daughter with cookies to take home! Again, can’t say enough about the Inn and look forward to visiting again!

Top Notch This hotel is top notch. It's rare to be able to give a hotel 5 stars. This one certainly deserves it! All the staff were friendly and attentive. The bubbly upon arrival was a nice touch. Our room was spacious, comfortable and, most importantly, CLEAN. We enjoyed the nice variety available at breakfast each morning and so pleasant to sit out on the terrace. We also enjoyed the evening wine hour before heading out for dinner. The location can't be beat...right in the center of the historic district and an easy walk to wherever we wanted to go. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Hotel in Downtown Charleston Wonderful Hotel! Came into town for my daughter's 21st Birthday with 7 other young ladies. Valet was top notch, never had to move the car while we were there because the location was Awesome! One block from the Market, Henry's was across street. The Hotel was beautiful and very clean. They have a free continental breakfast every morning, you could go downstairs to eat or fill out a card each day to hang on the door and they would deliver to room! The staff friendly and helpful with reservations! They even had my daughter 2 beautiful cakes and a bottle of Champagne for her Bday! Would Highly Recommend!!

Just Book It! We LOVED our stay at the French Quarter Inn. We researched many different hotels in the same area, and had a difficult time deciding which one to choose. Ultimately, we chose the French Quarter Inn, and I'm so grateful we did! All the little touches added such value to our stay. We looked forward to the free breakfast, wine and cheese in the afternoon, and warm cookies and milk in the evenings. The pillow menu was amazing and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location can't be beat. We walked to (mostly) everything we wanted to see. The rooms were very clean, and the chocolates at turn down service each night were amazing! The big stand out here is the service. Each employee went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They all greeted us each time we saw them, and they were friendly and kind. We had an issue with our room's A/C on our first night. Management promptly responded and when the unit wasn't able to be fixed right away, they helped us move to a different room, apologizing for the inconvenience. We would recommend staying at this hotel to all of our family and friends visiting Charleston.

Can’t imagine a better place to stay in Charleston So many good things to say about this hotel. From the included breakfast options to the great location, the friendly staff, the turn down service (with chocolates and sparkling waters left behind). I would definitely stay here again if visiting Charleston.
