DONT FALL FOR IT LIKE I DID DO NOT FALL VICTIM LIKE I DID. THIS IS YOUR SIGN TO NOT STAY HERE. The pictures do NOT match this hotel. You pull up, it’s immediately dirty, overflowing trash outside. As you walk in you will tell the floors are FILTHY. For some odd reason there is black hair all over everything, the floors, elevator, BED linens. We tried three different rooms all with the same level of disgust. Our first room had blood stains and food on the box spring cover sheet, ashes on the night stands, the furniture looks like a tire shop employee has used it every day during lunch rubbing GREASE on it but it’s actually just a build up of filth. There was smoke all on the 4th floor because a party room down the hall going on. Which i believe one of the girl employees from the front desks was allowing to happen and attending to frequently. Every floor we went on (as the front desk tried to give us two other rooms instead bc how gross ours was) was the same. There are no real blankets on the beds, only sheets. The AC doesn’t work in half the rooms. I asked to speak to the manager who apparently wouldn’t be back in until the next day, but when asked master what time he arrived they then said he was in ATL and would call me within 2-3 days.. Theo policy says no refunds or cancellations with 24 hours. So SOL. Do not waste your time and money

Good luck, we left There are roaches the people are nice but the vibes you get from the building when you walk in the door get worse. I’m writing this as I’ve been waiting 20 minutes in the lobby already calling the hotel to see if anyone is even still here at 7pm at night bc I haven’t seen anyone since I asked if I could switch rooms the first time bc there were roaches all over the beds in the first room I had then my boss had them in his room crawling on the headrest of the beds. Hell of a price difference but we’re going to the Hilton further in town

Just nasty. Glad I only stayed 1 night. We picked this hotel because we thought clarion was a reputable hotel. Unfortunately we didn’t have that experience. The room had some sort of bugs crawling around in the bathroom. No toilet paper so we had to go down and get it. The towels were sized for a child, no smoking on premises but cigarette burns on the bedding and tub. Couldn’t control the air temperature in our room and it was too hot. There were bags of trash in the hall when we arrived and when we left that no one had touch and it smelled of rotting food. The breakfast was coffee and a make a waffle station. No yogurt or not even a banana that I could eat. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody for all these reason. I felt the rotting food made me want to be sick.

No thanks Changed rooms 3 times before leaving and going to the Hilton up the road. Place is about 10 years past the need to be renovated. For context I'm a construction traveler and stay in mid-crappy hotels often and have never walked out. The sex stains on the couch and chairs wernt even the deal breaker.

Filthy I booked this as the nearest chain hotel to my destination so I didn't spend enough time planning. It was filthy and bug infested. I woke up with bug bites and sat still to watch bugs crawling everywhere. A tear in a comforter that made it obvious they weren't washed. Old food and trash behind bed, coffee pot filthy, corners dirty, yuck. Now I'm treating my belongings as if they could be bug infested too.
