Such a nice stay… Perfect location in the French Quarter, next to the market and restaurants. Walking distance to the battery and all of the historic districts charm. The hotel itself is elegant and cozy. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Valet services made parking convenient. Highly recommend!

Excellent location My fiance and I stayed here for three nights. The staff are very friendly. The rooftop pool and bar were very nice. Having fresh coffee on each floor every morning was a nice touch. The room was very clean and the bathroom was very large. The towels were the best that I have felt in a hotel. Turn down service at night was great. We ate in Grill 225 in the hotel and had an amazing dinner. The only negative was there was not a mini refrigerator in the room.

Elegant with a Great Location A true luxury hotel. Room was impeccably clean and so elegant with all the carved moldings and upscale furniture. Daily maid service could be scheduled for either mornings or afternoons to fit your schedule. Concierge lounge had a nice selection of fruit and pastries to go with your morning coffee. Pool on roof was really nice as was the bar up there. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Located in the center of French quarter and close to everything we wanted to do in the city. Food and service in the restaurant was excellent. The only negative was the lack of a small fridge in the room.

Lovely Hotel with a Great Location The hotel’s location is fantastic and I was glad to be located here for a first visit to Charleston. The staff were both professional and friendly. We used the pool area until noon as it was too hot without umbrellas and not as comfortable with lunch guests. The pool area was very nice. The rooms were nice and the turndown service was appreciated. Plush towels and nice amenities were in the bathroom. The only negative was that we didn’t have the best housekeeping service during the day. That being said, I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Lovely location, decor and staff! We absolutely loved our recent stay at the Market Pavilion. The location is perfect, the hotel is immaculate and has the perfect blend of grandeur and historical charm with modern amenities and comfort. And the rooftop bar and pool area are fabulous! We also want to commend them on their wonderful staff, especially Nickolet. She helped us several times throughout our stay, remembered our names and relevant information and was just lovely to interact with. Highly recommend!
