Fun place with good food. Bolongo Bay is very small, old and dated. There is not much to do at the resort so plan on taking day trips. The pool area is very small. iIt overlooks the bay and the view is very nice. The bar and food service was very good and the food quality overall was excellent, all thought, the choices are a little limited because there is only one restaurant. You may want to rent a car because the taxis are ridiculously expensive.

Great for family Food was good could have more options. Food takes over 30 mins. Most staff were amazing but one was always rushing didn’t care too much to move around. But great if come back if they upgrade their rooms.

Beautiful place but Ugly Staff makes for a bad time! Wonderful spot and they’ll get you with the all inclusive but really it was not worth it. The majority of staff is very rude. The food wait time is over an hour and a half and you have to compete with public for sitting. I’m so disappointed bc I just knew I was going to love this place! I was excited to post some amazing content but left there with a horrible taste in my mouth. Won’t be back but I will be back to USVI.

Be prepared to wait for everything and to feel uncomfortable asking for food or drinks. Breakfast is an hour wait and dinner is 1.5-2 hours. Its not like they are busy either. The 15% tip is already written in so they know they are getting that regardless so why try extra for more must be their philosophy. You can overhear them talking how they don't like to split the tips with the people who clean the tables and its clear because nothing will ever be taken away (cups, plates, silverware,trash)while you eat. Literally sit in a mass pile of it. Some people are friendly but most would rather not be there and it shows. Excursions on the Heavenly Days are great. That staff relies on tips and they work hard for them and everyone is more than willing to tip them for their great experiences.
