Stay away Check-in told us if the room was not to our satisfaction to let them know. When you open the door, there was an overwhelming smell of mold/ mildew. It was like they knew this already because what a bizarre coincidence. She then switched us to 112. The refrigerator made a loud buzzing sound that made it difficult to sleep. There is mold all over the bathroom. The carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. When I showered the hot water disappeared after about 2 minutes. One of the worst hotel stays of my life, I couldn't wait to leave.

Room Unprepared I am a Rewards Member, and used all of my Rewards points for this one night. I'm think I am due a refund.

Terrible I'm sure it was the worst experience in a Best Western, I was in room 106, a crazy man screaming in his room after 12 midnight, the noise of the air conditioning, turning it off and on, didn't let me sleep, the time The shower had a leak in the bathtub, there was water everywhere, there was no garbage chute to collect the waste from the room, when breakfast time arrived, there were 15 minutes left and the girl at the front desk told me that it was already It was closed, the truth is I think it was not the best option. After a 12 hour day of driving and I couldn't sleep

Go to Fairfield Inn Right Next Door HUGE disappointment. Definitely not a Best Western PLUS. There was nothing PLUS about it. Breakfast is a joke. Employees are not friendly (except Janae, she is a joy), the hot water does not work, the furniture is worn, and it a NO in every aspect.

Good Breakfast Clean, well maintained room and superior breakfast for a motel in this price category. Pleasant staff. Chillies next door. Short drive to city core. Would stay again. I recommend this motel as a price conscious option.
