Already a little ghetto, now paying for parking makes it a dump. The last time we stayed here, the place was looking tired with frayed carpet in places and a little dirty. To our surprise, we arrived this time to signs all over the place in the parking lot and lobby with QR codes to scan and pay for your parking. This place was already borderline. The paid parking signs everywhere make this place feel fully ghetto now. It feels like a shameful money grab. I would rather they build it into their room rates than to pull this. It really makes you feel like you are staying in a dump.

Hurricane Getaway Where to start? POSITIVES: Was allowed to check in early. Clean room though not a fan of the light switches in the bathroom. Breakfast was OK. Airport shuttle service. Glad the had a laundry facility. NEGATIVE: Tub was so slippery I fell. Went and ask the desk if they had a shower mat. Didn't seem to care that a guest had fallen. Bugs in the room. The refrigerator, even set on low, froze everything. Desk folks were hardly there. One of them hung outside hugging on her boyfriend for a good while. The location sucked. The pool area was moldy. Got locked out in the pool deck. Called the desk. Told me to go through the shrubbery. Sketchy area. Always had protection when out of the room. $8 a day to park then add $1.50 service fee So during the next hurricane aftermath, I'll definitely be looking for another place to stay.

Horrible experience. Rude and misleading. Terrible customer service Reception woman was plan rude. She was nasty to us. Quoted one price than said do it yourself and you will get it cheaper. I asked how long shuttle took to airport and she said figure it out you were just on it. Talked quiet and couldn’t hear her. Than got charged twice.
