Professional and Polite First off, thanks for being so kind and welcoming as I checked in. I was coming through town on business and this was a perfect spot to stop between gigs. I really appreciated the security in the parking lot, I had some important equipment I left in my vehicle and their presence gave me piece of mind. The lobby was swanky and full of life. Rooms were super clean and seemed to be updated recently. 10/10 thanks for the comforting stay.

Always a great place to stay and always getting better. Sonesta keeps getting better. Always a favorite place to stay while traveling for business in Charlotte. It keeps getting better, my room was great and the new windows made it cozy and quiet while I could relax after a long day. Keep the updates coming Sonesta!!

Great stay and service by Vermont Really clean and nicely situated hotel. My workmates and I were able to get a shuttle ride to a nearby restaurant and that made our night! Vermont was the one who took us from airport to hotel and to the restaurant after we checked in. He is very hospitable, prompt, and safety oriented staff. Thank you very much for the great stay!

Quiet one night stay We had a one night stay and the hotel was very nice with good beds. I needed pet free rooms and Elisha was especially helpful in ensuring the rooms were available on a high floor away from elevators and ice machines. The hotel has been nicely renovated too.

Not a fan I had a bad experience here; one of my least favorite parts was that it's an additional twelve dollars just to park your car. But also, I don't love the extremely rigid policy of needing a physical card to check in when tap to pay is everywhere--even if someone has already paid for the room.
