Poor customer service and dirty rooms On oct 11 we booked the presidential Suite for $1500.00 we drove 6 half hours with a 3 year old .as soon as we got in hotel room the light switch didn't work had to use my phone flash light to find a light in room.that would work . As soon as you turn on the light for the hotel room the room wasn't even cleaned and had hair all over the bathroom and beds and even floors also blood on the bathroom floor and the funiture was falling apart and had multiple stains and even white stains . You couldn't even take a shower the fixtures were falling off the shower wall. The room smelled like mold and cigarettes . We went to the front desk to be told they don't check the rooms and barely go into the presidential Suites. We got called a lier so we showed the pictures to the front desk we were told by the front desk they would give us a full refund . We got no sleep . They refused us a clean room or to make accommodation to another hilton . On top of that next morning we spoke to the overnight manger who didn't care said I'll give you $150.00 off your stay and 10,000 points because he can't do anything else as I have a open hilton case against the hotel for my stay . Still have not received a call from.the general manger or regional manger at this hotel or a full refund . I'm back and forth with hilton honors this is unacceptable as a previous diamond member and long time hilton honors member to be treated as poorly by the hotel and by hilton . I requested a full refund due to the filthy room and neglect and health and safety of my family .

Excellent facility and professional staff I stayed at the Embassy Suites this past weekend for a conference and all of the staff were pleasant and professional. The facility is beautiful and well maintained…. I must give a special shout out and thanks to Jada who Works the front desk with elegance, grace & compassion. She went above and beyond not just for me but o witnessed her being just as courteous and professional with another guest. She made our experience that much better. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Jada.

Awful experience This hotel was absolutely awful. Every hotel employee we spoke with, whether it be on the phone or in person, was very rude, unprofessional, and inhospitable. The first time we called we let them know we would be arriving late after driving through 6 states to get there for a wedding. The lady who answered the phone didn’t give a warm greeting or even tell us her name (none of them did or wore name tags) she very abruptly told us “better get here before 1” to which my boyfriend responded excuse me? And she said it again very rudely. Second time we called, they kept us on hold for about 30 minutes, after asking us to let them know when we were approximately 30 minutes away. We sat on hold until we walked through the door and just hung up anyway. We asked for extra towels about half way though our trip and the front desk lady only said room? Nothing before nothing after. After leaving (a day early) my boyfriend has a $200 charge for a restaurant/bar we never even sat at, let alone ordered at. Since we left my boyfriend has called at least twice a day looking for a front desk/ general manager, been told to hold, placed on hold for 20 minutes or longer, then either hung up on, or told no manager is there that day. We definitely will not be back to this location. Every aspect was terrible.

Great stay during Hurricane aftermath Came here from Asheville after hurricane. Nice hotel with large clean rooms and staff is fantastic. Everyone at front desk welcoming and smiles. Chevonn, Daniel, Nicole and many others great when you need a lift. We recommend this hotel for many positive traits.

Stay after Hurricane Helene We have been here since Sept.29,2024 as we cleared from Asheville, NC due to Helene. The staff here is wonderful. Individuals such as Chevon and Nicole and all front desk and housekeeping are great! We’re Hilton Diamond members (30 years) and have travelled a bit and this is best service we’ve received ever. Rooms are large, clean , have fridge and microwaves, and close to everything within a short drive.
