Not worth the wait or price In town for the Stadium Tour and we got this hotel deal off Groupon. Price was reasonable. We arrived at 2pm and were told that check in was not till after 3. I feel that this is a late check in with an early check out. We checked in and had to leave for our concert right away. By the time we returned it was late and everything was closed so we went to bed. We woke up and it was check out. We literally had no time from check in to check out to experience any of the hotel amenities. Simply not enough time with such a late check in. Our room wasn't even clean as we had open half drank water bottles on the TV stand and trash in the can with no trash bag. They had holes in the wall and no Fridge or Microwave in the Room. In the end the price wasn't worth what we got from the stay. Not enough parking either in the area around the entrance without having to walk aways. They need an early check in so guests can use the facilities, unless this is done by design.

Stay away from these sociopaths Arrived at 1130 pm after a long flight to be told that my reservation through Hotels Tonight didn't exist. I called Hotels Tonight and they confirmed the reservation and payment went through. Front desk did not care in the slightest and when I asked what I was supposed to do, she said "go elsewhere". The next 7-8 groups of people behind me all had their reservations cancelled but they booked directly through the website so they were given rooms at a place 7-8 minutes away but had to pay their own Uber to get there. Because I was booked 3rd party, my reservation MAGICALLY didn't get moved down the street like theirs did. Zero f's given by front desk, zero f's given by the hotel. If this was a non psychopath run hotel, you'd think they would call guests ahead of time and say "we're overbooked, here is where you can stay" but that would require doing the right thing. The manager of this hotel should be fired immediately for gross incompetence. Stay elsewhere and avoid at all costs.

Do not stay here From my review history you can tell that I am often generous. So, when I rate something as a one star, I mean it. The hotel is in a sketchy area of town. It is not well-maintained. We were promised a free breakfast and were provided with “go” bags, which were pathetic. It appears that Four Points is resting on its laurels. Do not stay here.

Disappointed is an understatement 2 Beds in the room definitely not queen size and extremely uncomfortable. Morning breakfast bar was good with a variety of items. Staff/gentleman that checked us in was friendly and informative. Rooms a bit outdated and carpet has odor. We are Gold members that travel weekly & typically always have our ducks in a row….. however, that morning I accidentally left a cooler bag with medication/work supplies/engraved name in the refrigerator, I called later that evening & was informed no bag was in lost & found. Since their was someone else checked in room already they would check back tomorrow. 4 days later and still haven’t found it. Yes, my bad for forgetting the bag but I definitely had higher expectations of housekeeping staff to ensure belongs not left from one guest to next and that bags would be turned into office lost & found.

In need of some TLC! Unfortunately, the hotel seems it is in desperate need of some TLC!! The room I was in looked to have damp damage on the ceiling to the point where the plaster was crumbling off onto the floor! One of our parties room smelt so terribly of smoke and as a smoker I must say it was terrible!! The best part of the hotel is the staff, by far!! They went over and above to look after us so thank you for this!!
