Very nice hotel and staff Very professional. Addison Pittmon handed out water and carried my bags to the uber. A women tried to order me a cab and was very helpful on a busy morning. I enjoyed the hotel, but it was a bit noisy. I was in a suite and the room was very clean. Great experience.

Valet can’t find my car. Missed my flight It took 45 min to retrieve my vehicle at 5:45am. I had a flight to catch and missed it. I sent a request via the app 15 minutes ahead of time and the valet attendant said he didn’t get my request. What’s the point of having an App that doesn’t work. The valet attendant was going back and forth between lots because he couldn’t find my car. Why valet. This ridiculous incident happened at the Hilton Charlotte located at 222 E Third St.

Hilton Downtown Service at the Hilton was outstanding. Highly knowledgeable & friendly staff members, including the valets. Conveniently located in downtown Charlotte, the property is a short walk to many downtown locations such as the convention center, museums, shopping, restaurants & Bank of America stadium.

Fitness Center Closed Fitness Center is NOT owned or operated by Hilton. It’s an independent YMCA which is NOT open on Sundays. This information should be disclosed on the hotel’s website. Checked in on a Saturday evening. Front desk staff should inform guests at checkin that the Fitness Center is NOT available 24/7

Valet went above and beyond Addison Pittman was so nice and helpful - he deserves all the good things! He went out of his way to help me find my Lyft driver pickup who parked around the corner (Addison carried my luggage down the block - who does that!?) :) Thank you for making my morning!
