Great Location I chose this hotel bc of the proximity to restaurants and it’s very convenient. Parking is in a garage next door and they validate your ticket but they do charge you and at the time is was around $30. Rooms were nice. You can go up to the roof and walk around, that’s also where the fitness center is. Only downside was the hallways are tile so it can be loud out there. Overall very nice. Coffee shop/ breakfast kiosk was nice.

Shout out to Nikki My mom and I stayed at your hotel for our first Panthers game last weekend! Great location and even greater staff! We definitely want to single out Nikki, our waitress at breakfast each morning! She was so caring, attentive, and fun to chat with! We hope to be back and will definitely be dining with her!

Encore Meeting We held our Directors meeting here and everything was fantastic. Alex and Erin were a pleasure to work with. All our food was on time and the setups worked for our meeting. Unfortunately we couldn't use the roof top for our reception, but the staff was very accommodating on moving us inside.

Be prepared to be up late because of the rooftop bar across the street Agree with those who posted about the LOUD music from the rooftop bar across the street. It went on until at least 2AM. We were also disappointed that we couldn't grab a coffee in the little coffee bar in the lobby because "the girl called out today." The coffee issue wasn't major but the noise was. I hate it because we have always stayed there when we came for concerts - the staff are great, especially the guy who I think is the head valet/valet supervisor. But we'll be staying elsewhere in the future where it isn't so noisy.

Mr. JJ Our Stay here was great! Great customer service. JJ was amazing he talked with us every time we came downstairs and made sure we were okay and enjoyed our stay. Not just us though he made it his business to talk with everyone and make everyone feel comfortable. He’s very lovable and very informative. Definitely will have to make a trip back.
