Not worth it Rooms smell old and musty. Shower stall does not drain properly leaving standing water and mold in the shower. Towels are old and frayed. Food at lobby bar is not good. Workers were not friendly or attentive.

Good airport hotel This is my favorite airport hotel in Charlotte. Saying that here is my five star review. Cleanliness- it is mostly clean and just seems like it may be less than clean because it needs an update. Furniture is well loved by travelers Friendly- the staff are friendly Overall appeal- average on the verge of outdated. Indoor outdoor pool. Concierge lounge is closed. Bar restaurant. Ask to be away from the elevator as there are late night loud guests due to the airport location. Location- good airport location not on airport property with free self parking. Not walkable to anything Room- the bed is comfy but the blanket is so thin I thought it was only a sheet. I don’t remember this previously and stay here foe the sleep quality. The room is dark and cool with a thermostat and not a wall unit. Coffee and fridge in room. No microwave

not recommended. not clean the hotel isn't well kept. seems old inside and out. public areas, such as the elevators are dirty. the room isn't well kept either, furniture seems old, carpet is dirty. the bed is comfortable and the sheets were clean at least. walls are thin so i heard all the crazy partying from the room next door. the worst part of my stay was going into the shower and realizing there were old dirty towels on the rack.... and that the shampoo, body wash etc were half-empty (meaning used...), so it seems my bath wasn't even cleaned before I came. I called to tell the front desk all they said was sorry... (was expecting some sort of compensation for paying $120 for a dirty room that hasn't been cleaned...). parking is on-site and costs $20. doesn't live up to the Sheraton name, or any hotel name frankly...

WiFi The worst WiFi I ever had. Complained to the hotel tech, nothing happened. If you’re on business trip Do not risk your business connection relying on this hotel WiFi. I’d not recommend this hotel for your business purposes. “ IT SUCKS”

Stay away Checked in to a room with urine on the toilet seat. Asked for someone to come to clean it and no one ever showed up. Went back down to front desk and requested a new room. New room had two giant hair balls in the shower. Bedroom area was also very dusty. Tried to order food from the restaurant in the lobby, waited 45 minutes for it to be prepared, everyone else that ordered at the same time as me left with their food within a reasonable time. Waitress ran and hid in kitchen and never returned. Terrible experience so far. I definitely do not recommend.
