Fantastic stay We stayed 1 night, Sunday July 18th, and everyone at the hotel was amazing. Checkin, bartender in lobby bar, valet, checkout, all went seamless and everyone was amazing. So nice and hospitable. I have stayed in over 30 different Ritz properties and the Charlotte property embodies everything you expect when you stay at a Ritz. The Ritz Charlotte is now where I will stay when I am in town to see family.

One and Done Today was my first time going to the Ritz spa to celebrate a friend’s birthday and will be my last. Leading up to this day, I heard about all the great amenities the Ritz offers and how you are paying for the service and luxury experience. The staff was not accommodating from the minute we arrived. None of the amenities were available from the fruit infused water, rain showers, salt room, Jacuzzi and limited pool side food menu. Sadly enough, I should’ve gone to my monthly massage and facial spot and saved a ton!

Guest Services has gone above and beyond. Breana Robertson is the exact example of Ritz Carlton core values. We booked a room to stay uptown for the night... a friends birthday. My husband and I frequent several Ritz locations and always have the best experiences. So it’s no surprise that when I made this reservation they have made it extra special for her. I had a few requests that are off the beaten path and Breana has more than accommodated. Covid has caused the lobby bar to be closed. As well the restaurant is being renovated. So I was extremely disappointed to hear about all of the closures... even the Rum lounge isn’t available. Breana heard my dismay and has done everything she could to add extra special touches. The Ritz never disappoints and thanks to amazing associates like her if continues to be a great experience we look forward to...

Do it Phenomenal. Worth every penny. Service was great from the moment we pulled up. Very modern yet classy and luxurious like all ritz carltons. I have stayed at a number of Ritz’s over the past couple years and this one blows them away with service. Exactly what it should be.

Lived up to name-great hotel! We spent a night here on our way to Charleston/Savannah. Our rooms were large, beautiful, and well equipped. So was the hotel and the staff. All the staff were wonderful and went over and above! They provided recommendations for places to eat and things to do and did so eagerly as if they loved what they did. Kaydeen (Nadeen with a K) was awesome! As a family, we enjoy luxury and are very picky about where we stay. RCC delivered. Will stay again if we return to Charlotte.
