Very nice place for a good price This hotel is very modern and beautiful. There are nice outdoor and indoor lounging areas and there is a nice walking/jogging path around the pond out back. The hotel was nearly completely empty when we stayed there in July 2020 due to Covid preventing them from hosting large events so it was very easy to stay socially distanced. The one odd thing about this place is that there is no signage outside nor on the building to indicate that you are at the right place let alone the main entrance. Very convenient is you are going to the MN Landscape Arboretum.

WOW! We stayed here on a whim when in town visiting our kids. Our original reservations got cancelled at another hotel, so I got online and found a great deal here on hotels.com. I made the reservations and we checked in a half an hour later. We looked this place up since it looks more campus-like than hotel like. Found out that it was built in 1990 by IDS Financial as a training facility/campus. It has since been remodeled. We were absolutely delighted with our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was tidy and clean and everything worked. The hotel has a beautiful fireplace in the main lobby, a restaurant (which we did not dine at), and a bar on the third floor (which we did patronize). Limited food is available at the bar until at least 10 PM. The grounds looked beautiful, but the weather was not conducive to exploring. We will have to save that for next time. We would highly, highly recommend this gem nestled off of Hwy 41 on secluded property.

Stay at OakRidge Hotel & Conference Center Chaska We Loved this Hotel, We decided to stay here when visiting my daughter who was inpatient at Gillette Childrens for help with physical therapy and mobility issues. We booked this hotel for a few nights and this hotel had an excellent Veterans discount for staying a couple of days in the cities was a great price and had free parking. I would rank this hotel in the top 5 of all the hotels we have stayed at thru out the Twin cities and we have stayed at quite a few places over the years. I would give them 5 plus stars if I could. They were kind from the check in till the check out and their staff was very friendly and goes over above to be kind and helpful with anything you need. They offered us water bottles at check in, My husband wanted an extra pillow and they brought us two, we stayed a few nights and asked for an extra small shampoo and they brought us a whole gift bag of bathroom amenties. They had Eucalyptus Mint Bath and Body Products which smelled great both my husband and I really enjoyed. My husband has a bad back and shoulder from his past military service and PTSD and he found the bed super comfortable and this hotel is great because it was so quiet you couldn't even hear a pindrop and he loved that as sometimes unfamiliar noises interupt his sleep and he was able to get a good nights sleep here. This property is beautiful has beautiful lake views is in a peaceful setting on a large property away from the highway but still close enough to gas stations and businesses it is really nice and has a gorgeous lobby, gift shop, restaurant although they had just takeout available when we were there so didn't try that, has nice walking paths and views. Rooms were very comfortable and had everything you needed. Staff was top notch and really deserve a 5 star rating in my opinion as far as customer service. We loved our stay there and would stay there again anytime in a heartbeat as well as recommend this place to anybody we know heading to the Twin Cities especially to Veterans as they have excellent rates for Veterans here. Stay here you will be happy you did.

Very nice hotel - A step above most! Great staff - very friendly and helpful, clean rooms, nice sitting areas outside rooms on each floor to read or have conversation, awesome food! Love the fireplace in the lobby! No pool, but didn't have time for that anyway.

Great Place to get away This Hotel and Conference Center is top notch, the staff is very friendly, food is good and most of the conference rooms are very spacious. I would definitely stay here again. They also have a 1.5 mile walking path that goes around the lake, but unfortunately, I didn't get to use it.
