Dirty, litter on all floors We have stayed here many times, it is now run down and dirty. Our room had candy and popcorn and drink lids scattered across floor on check in. Food fingerprints on door frame and light switches. The hallways were lined in litter. Do not stay here.

Gold Status saved this It’s funny, when i started my review it was looking bad for this place but the hotel texted me asking how my stay is so far and I was honest with them. I was frustrated because I couldn’t connect to the internet. They fixed that. I shared other frustrations and they went out of their way to fix those too. I appreciate this level of service and they were very friendly from start to finish. The missing star in my rating is only because it wasn’t a perfect stay without issues.

Golden Girls GNO We had the best GNO and enjoyed staying. We had a night cap and then a pajama party before going shopping in Chattanooga. We will definitely be back. Christopher did an amazing job helping us get our items into our car. We really appreciated his help.

So so experience at the Chattanoogan Isaiah and Christopher were very helpful and polite as the valets. The hotel is getting a bit dated decor-wise and neither the phone nor the TV were working properly and the maintenance man (don’t remember his name) was helpful to work around the issues to get them both working. The cleaning lady was nice when she finally came to clean the room around 2:00 pm.

Perfect spot for a pit stop on a north bound trip. Nice hotel with an easy to find spot off the highway and an in house Starbucks (priorities lol). The staff were kind and the valet Christopher was especially helpful and full of southern hospitality. The pet relief area was clean and conveniently placed.
