Fleetwood Inn & Suites

Failing plumbing, inadequate airconditioning, overpriced for parking and boating Suite with king bed in separate room with pull out queen in main room. No air conditioning in bedroom. Room temp adjusted by opening window. Bathroom shower faucet was stripped, so on/off and temp setting were frustrating after paying $222 a night for Friday/Saturday stay. No breakfast because of covid. 2nd floor stairway filled with insects because of No screen on window. Complaint to desk clerk resulted in careful listening but no action. All rooms were booked. Manager contacted on Tuesday results in 10% refund.

Great Stay! We just returned from a 4 day trip and had a great time!!! Staying at Fleetwood Inn made everything convenient! Having a dock right in front of our suite was awesome! Convenient location everything was close. Walmart across the street, Walgreen in the same parking lot. Lots of food options nearby too! We loved sitting on our ground floor patio every night in the shade enjoying the beautiful view of the river. The Inn could definitely use some updates but very clean and courteous! Beds were comfy and great TV channel choices in both living room and bedroom! We would love to come back!

Recent visit We arrived late our first night, it was dark and we really couldn’t see what we were getting in to. The windows in hall way were wide open allowing all types of bugs in the stairways. The odor was beyond awful, explaining why the windows were open. The bed sheets and pillows were terrible, we had to go buy some from Walmart. The man working there the entire weekend was nice, but clearly in over his head the only employee I had come across in 4 days. I wasn’t there much on Friday or Saturday so Not much to complain about. This morning upon our check out I was getting ready to take a shower and brush my teeth and the water wasn’t working, not a hot water issue. There was literally no water. No toilet. No sink. No shower. I have traveled many many places by far one of the worst places I’ve stayed at. I would not recommend this place to anyone, unfortunately.

Drive Up With Your Boat My husband and I are traveling during the Pandemic and thus I will also rate hotels for staff wearing a mask and cleaning protocol. This is an Inn on the water. We chose a room that has it's own private patio overlooking the water with a dock for a boat. Although we didn't have a boat, it was fun to see the boats in the water. Room was average; however, very spacious. Staff was exceptional and wore masks at all times. Would stay again!

Highly Recommend! we had a ground floor jacuzzi room with a patio facing the river. room was clean and beautiful! Really loved having a lot of choices for breakfast like cereal, eggs, waffles, toast, English muffins, bagels, oatmeal and yogurt! we will be back!
