Convenient, Quiet, Clean I spent one night here on a solo drive from Vermont to Ohio. I was a bit apprehensive when I first saw the building and the neighborhood surrounding it, but once inside I found a clean, quiet, efficient facility. I had asked for a quiet room--nothing is worse then checking into a hotel after a long drive and being placed amongst traveling sports teams, partiers, arguing couples, screaming children, etc.-- and my request was noted and honored. My room was quiet. The only sound I heard all night was traffic on the highway, which is soothing. The room and bathroom were clean, the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was sufficient for getting enough to eat and getting back on the road. If I were to make any suggestions for improvement, the facility is probably in need of new carpet as it looks a bit shopworn both in the hallways and my room. But it was clean, so that's a minor note. All in all, I was satisfied with my stay and would definitely consider staying here again the next time I make this drive.

Not a place I'd want my dog to stay We were put in a a pet "friendly" room despite telling them that our pup died the morning before. The room smelled bad and the room was less than presentable. They did give us some room deoderizer. See pics. Oh, and you should bring your own pillows. We stayed in other hotels the 2 previous nights and the pet rooms were quite nice. This hotel was quite a bit more expensive.

Choose another hotel We paid about $530 for 2 nights in this hotel in Buffalo, NY. One should be able to expect a decent room for such a price. Although the staff were friendly enough, our room was quite gross. MANY stains on the wall to wall carpet. The curtain was ripped and stained. There was mold in the shower and there was a problem with the sink drain. I fear what an infrared light would show in this room. The breakfast was fair. Coffee was mediocre - too strong with funny taste. Rather than including the wifi password with your keys on the little card, you had to ask. The first night, we called the front desk to complain and were told they would “check into it” and then they never got back to us. Quite honestly, I have NO IDEA how the rating for this place is as high as it is. LOOK ELSEWHERE!

Exterior Poor; Interior Fine The exterior looked so poorly, I hesitated going in. But once inside I was met by a very helpful and friendly desk agent. The room had a comfortable bed, good shower, good TV, mini fridge, and large room. The hallway had squeaky floors and dirty carpeting.

Some cleanliness issues We were in room 127. The closet stank of mold, making it unusable. Furniture was worn but usable. The grout in the bathroom ranged in color from light gray to black. Hallways smelled lightly of marijuana.
