Dirty- lots of broken items in our room! We were there for a hockey tournament. If the pool was out of order, it shouldn’t have stated they had a pool- there was nothing stated anywhere that is was shut down and if we search by hotels with a pool, I feel like it should have been made known to us that it was down……. Our room was dirty (dirty socks by bed, hair all over the bathroom floor), Toliet ran non stop the 2 nights we stayed (they came and looked at it and said they’d have to leave it like that for now), shower door was broke and wouldn’t close all the way, the table in living room was broke - definitely not worth the $243 per night they charged us!

Needs a thorough cleaning Never will I ever stay here again. The room gives an appearance of clean but it definitely is not. We had to be moved to another room because of it but it was no better. Sadly customer service nor the hotel manager was any help with an adequate resolution to my voiced concerns.

Housekeeping needs training I didn’t get checked in until 10:30pm after a long day in airports. I sat on the can and noticed the bathroom floor had strands of long coarse black hair and debris. I used a clean white washcloth to wash the floor. Obviously, this floor has not been cleaned for sometime!! Disgusting! The walls were just as gross _

Decline in quality - too bad This hotel has unfortunately declined in quality in recent years. We always stayed here during trips to Buffalo (we live in TX and return annually to Buffalo to visit friends and family), since it is right across from the airport with easy access to highways and centrally located. The location, however, is not making up for the increasingly grungy appearance, lack of breakfast items, and overall downtrodden feeling of the place. Our room was tidied every day and was relatively clean, but there were mildew and mold spots and spots on the carpet. Breakfast - several days of our week-plus stay there was no fruit (or it was so unripe as to be literally inedible), no eggs or no yogurt, no milk...the coffee was the one constant. One of the days, apparently a staff person had taken the keys to the refrigerator home, so the cold items could not be readily accessed. That said, the bright spot of this hotel is definitely Ms. Annie in the breakfast area. She greets everyone, talks to you and makes you feel at home. She apologized when there was a lack of food, and it's not her fault so I felt bad for her. I will miss seeing Ms Annie and the convenience of this location but really can't see staying here again with the inconsistency and grubbiness and decline.

Mediocre hotel, great breakfast though and Miss Annie is wonderful! Hotel was mediocre, halls had a strong fragrance which caused my asthma to flare up a little. Check in was quick but front desk staff wasn’t very friendly . We were a little disappointed the hot tub is NOT there although pictures show that this hotel has one. A really nice perk was breakfast, there were a lot of options to choose from and Miss Annie was very friendly and you can tell she loves her job. She made she’s tongs didn’t move or touch other foods for people with allergies or religious reasons. Miss Annie, thank you for being you and being so welcoming and chatty! Hotel was in a good location for us!
