Needs major updates Very outdated, the pictures they advertise hardly compare to reality. Bathroom was awful with used toilet paper and cracked tile. Only good for a short stay and place to sleep, but would rather go somewhere else that’s more clean and cared for.

Always a great stay A great location for our annual shopping getaway. Close to lots of shopping & restaurants. Clean spacious room, friendly staff & great parking. The hotel is next to the mall and restaurants so you can walk to almost everything.

Stay Somewhere Else The only reason we keep coming back here is the pool. Unfortunately they are the only hotel still using COVID as an excuse to have their pool closed. I haven’t been here since 2019 and the place is a dump. Literally the most disgusting bathroom I’ve ever seen. I’ll be staying somewhere else from now on!

ZERO RATING The pictures are VERY old. Prices quoted are misleading as we were charged more than the website quoted PLUS an additional Tax recovery charge of $165.00 (big surprise, do you wonder why I feel RIPPED OFF?) We have travelled extensively throughout the United States and can honestly say this is the WORST hotel we have ever stayed in and paid an exorbitant price for scratchy sheets and towels as well as uncomfortable beds and terrible pillows. The room was over airconiditoned when we arrived and took two days to get it warmed up beyond freezing. We asked for an additional luggage stand as there were two of us PLUS some blankets and it took a long time for them to bring them up as it was the first trip, the fellow brought a rolling rack not the stand to place your suitcase on. This hotel has definitely seen better days and I highly recommend you find another place to stay if not for comfort and cleanliness then the price as something that should have costed $322 plus I assume state tax cost us an additional $165 = $487 for a two night stay. At that cost we could have stayed at a much nicer place. The absolute WORSE!

Great place We were not sure what to expect but this hotel far exceeded our expectations. Beautiful,, clean and excellent service. Shuttle was prompt. Room clean, staff very friendly. Beautiful lobby. Only downfall was the pool was closed
