Great Hotel and Hospitality This facility has great customer service and great staff that treat you like family! They will go out of their way to make sure your stay is the best! They are very understanding and kind! The rooms are big, very well taken care of and have everything you could need during your stay! They are very thorough when cleaning! All maintenance things such as lightbulbs or the toilet are taken care of as soon as you ask! I would stay here again in a heartbeat, also I would also recommend this place to friends! 10/10

Impeccable Hospitality Honestly the staff , housekeepers , maintenance workers , and guests made me feel like I was at home ! The quality of the rooms were beyond spectacular ! The front desk staff makes it there business to go above and beyond there job duties for the guest to feel at home ! The cleanliness from the moment you walk through the front door to the moment you lay down broke the scale of 1-10 ! All smiles , and no complaints !

Outstanding Service The staff is outstanding the property is clean and it feels like home. Thank you. I could not ask for a nicer group of people who go out of their way to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The manager and her assistant are absolutely wonderful. Home Away From Home My family and I have been here for quite some time while we are trying to find a permanent place. The staff here is amazing. The rooms and the public areas are always clean and the staff is always willing to help with anything you might need. We are so grateful to all of them.

Superior service/ if I could give a hundred stars I would! I have been here since June due to a military move and the staff are all the nicest and most caring group of people I have ever met! Though the guests (especially the constructions workers) leave a mess outside on the grounds, the staff always make sure to keep the entire hotel clean! The manager and assistant manager are some of the most genuine people I have encountered and the way the cleaning staff keep the hotel rooms clean is beyond me! For this to be an extended stay, the customer service is superior! Ms. Janelle, Ms. Toya, Ms, Shante, the night shift supervisor and a couple of the porters and housekeeping staff whom I haven’t caught their names all will look out for you! I have appreciated the hospitality and will continue to recommend this hotel to anyone that comes to Virginia! Huge shout out to this establishment for how they have taken care of me, my dog and my toddler since day one!!!
