Exceeded my expectations! Great hotel. Exceeded my expectations. I had the king suite with seperate living area, desk, sectional sofa, counter for coffee maker, large bathroom sink area. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Many resturant options close by. Small bar area in the lobby that serves drinks and small menu of sandwiches and salads. The breakfast was one of the best I have had in any hotel. Fresh fruit - blueberries, strawberries, apples, bannanas. Oatmeal with a fair amount of toppings options, waffles, eggs, real sausage, potatos, pastries, etc... I would definitley stay again.

Amazing hotel. Excellent staff!! The front desk staff were some of the warmest, kindest, and most helpful staff I've experienced with any hotel. Beginning with check in, the staff has gone out of their way to ensure that I was comfortable and all my expectations were met. At one point, when I messed up my reservation, the front desk handled it without any interruption and I got to keep my room. The facilities were great, and the room was very spacious. The hotel is well located next to shopping and restaurants. The free breakfast had a variety of choices and the staff kept everything stocked. I highly recommend this hotel. Amazing value for the price.

Family trip Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable but beginning to show their age but still nice. Loved the couch and bed. Location was perfect. Will definitely be staying here again.

Great Location. Clean. Good Value Although not in downtown Norfolk, Hyatt Place Chesapeake Greenbrier is located central to many locations in the Norfolk area. It's just a short drive to Virginia Beach, Downtown Norfolk, Oceana Naval Air Station, Plymouth, and ORF airport. Lots of great places to eat within a five minute drive and just a walk across the parking lot to L and L Hawaiian Drive In and other restaurants. Free parking and a great hot breakfast are the icing on top of the cake. Rooms are large with a study nook and separation between the main bed and the sofa bed.

Very nice hotel Very clean and well-maintained very convenient location and friendly staff. Great breakfast and great coffee.
