Short stay at airport hotel Airport shuttle delivered us to hotel at 9a.m and after speedy check-in was given spotlessly clean room on high floor. Hotel was very quiet. Lunch in Brickton restaurant with good food was inexpensive. Breakfast buffet typical Marriott quality with excellent choices of hot and cold food. Disappointing that swimming pool was closed for repairs.

Excellent Customer Service Marcus Thigpen - Assistant Front Office Manager has phenomenal customer service skills. He is very engaging, personable and attentive. He not only ensures that all of our accommodations are taken care of, he provides genuine service with a smile. We need more people in this world like Marcus. He is great and he is the reason why I would return to this hotel.

Exhilarating experience! My company had a conference at this center for 120-150 people. The property was clean, staff was nice, prompt, and respectful, and all needs were accommodated. What the Face? My sympathies go out to the staff that got hammered last night by a sudden influx of stranded airline passengers. However some effort should have been made by the management to be present and organize the skeleton crew the hotel had on the floor. A single waitress, chef and bartender handling a 100 plus table dining room, made our dinner vouchers effectively worthless. Also, there were no clear control measures in place for Covid. Staff, the most valuable and vulnerable to that plague, were maskless, and it seemed that very little was being done to encourage anyone keep a mask in place.

Amazing Staff My service dog and I got laid over due to maintenance issues on the plane. As frustrating as it is, the desk staff and the restaurant folks are so nice and comforting. As a world traveler, I like to recognize amazing service. This hotel is fantastic. They recognize many of us are delayed and frustrated, but are positive and comforting. The sports bar is fantastic. Teri has been amazing. She has single handedly made my night better. I'm much more relaxed after dinner because of her. Highly recommend this as a stop over. Ask for Teri.l
