Club Quarters Hotel, Central Loop, Chicago

Good location, accomodating. The rooms are small (as expected in Chicago) but comfortable and have everything you need. The staff is friendly and goes out of their away to accommodate your need. There was a bottle and water dispenser on our floor that came in very handy. There is a restaurant on the main floor with good food and drinks at decent prices.

Centrally Located decent hotel with cheerful and friendly Team of Hosts Good experience with this lovely hotel started at the moment I walked through it doors. It was bit late into the evening after 5 hours of traveling in plane. Courtney Dissette, Guest Services Manger extended a very warm welcome and was very efficient and helpful during the checking in. Keys were in my hand under 5 minutes with load of information about hotel facilities etc. For the tech savvy guests, self check-in process could be even faster. My room on the 3rd floor was very conveniently located and was spacious and airy. Bed was very comfortable and linen was very fresh and soft. Coffee machine was available in the room. Free flow of filtered and chilled water available near the elevator of each floor. Working desk of good size and quality. Complementary self-service laundry facility is available. Restaurant and Bar; Elephant and the Castle located within the hotel and was seen as a local favorite. it was always busy with walking in guests. They serve amazing breakfast. For me, it was the best breakfast during my stay of 2 weeks in New York and Chicago. Breakfast Menu has plenty of variety and choices. I could go for 5 days without having to repeat the same order. Location of the hotel is excellent. Willis Towers is the closest key attraction. It was just 5 minutes walk from the hotel (around 350 meters to my guess). Almost all the other attractions are within 2-3 kilometers from the hotel and can be reached in 15 minutes max. I did walk to most of the places and anyone with average fitness could easily do the same. Taxis are always available on the busy streets in front and left to the hotel. I mostly used Uber and waiting time did not exceed 5 minutes from a booking. Public transport (Trains and City Buses) are easily accessible from here. Club Quarters Hotel is truly centrally located. Most noteworthy is the cheerful and guest oriented team at Club Quarters. They made me feel a valued guest.

Great in every way! Not only was the hotel room a wonderful price, every single thing about this location met or exceeded my expectations! We were in the heart of downtown and close to everything we need to get to. Everything was perfectly clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was amazing! I make an annual trip to Chicago and I assure you that now club quarters,Central Loop will be my go to every single year! I highly recommend!

Great location Great location, walking distance from several subway stations and main attractions. The bar downstairs is open late and serves good food and drinks. In general it is a good hotel for what you pay. The rooms are tiny and look a bit dated.

Great experience I was a little apprehensive about staying here. In the midst of a pandemic it seemed too good to be true. Hands off check in and check out, COVID-friendly cleaning policies and amenity service, etc. I didn't think it could go as smoothly as it did. I booked through a third party, so I was unable to check in through the mobile app, so I used the kiosk in the lobby and everything went very smoothly. Afterward, I used the app for most of my other needs. The hotel was secure and friendly, the cleanliness was just how it should be and it was very comfortable. My only complaints are that the room was difficult to maintain a cooler temperature and the internet for streaming to the television was spotty. These things aren't even enough to change my rating. I wasn't uncomfortable, just the two things that were minor hiccups. The staff is incredible and the texting service was pretty much my dream come true. I will definitely be staying again!
