Great stay We had a great stay at the DoubleTree! The location can’t be beat. It’s so close to the Magnificent Mile, near tons of shops, restaurants and Northwestern Medical Center. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!

DoubleTree by Hilton Chicago. A fantastic hotel with a great location. Hotel has decent size rooms and a bonus of Starbucks in the reception area. The beds were spacious and comfortable. Being a Hilton Honour s Gold member the staff remember you and the Hilton cookies are great. Great location with the Miracle Mile a short walk away.

Appalling customer service Appalling customer service. They refused to clean our room or provide any coffee for the morning, despite requesting this 9 times and being assured it would happen. Having spoken to the Assistant Manager, she advised she would arrange a refund, surprisingly, this still hasn't happened. Such a shame, as the facilities are very good, but can't recommend based on the service provided.

Worked great! Beautiful hotel with a parking garage attached! You can't beat that in the city. Parking over night cost $62 per night. The hotel will give you a card to go in and out of the garage a few times ( we didn't use ours) We each got a bottle of water and a warm cookie at check in! The rooms were a good size! 2 queen beds, and room to spare. We stayed in a city view on the 17th floor over looking the pool and city. It was great! Security was no concern, great places for families. Early mornings are super busy in the hotel, as well as around 9:30AM There is a Starbucks in the hotel too, which was a bonus. Only had 1 issue, the pillows are FLAT! The hotel communicates via text message (which is fine) but it took over 12 hours to get 1 extra pillow because that's all they had available. Rooms are quiet, you don't notice a lot of extra noise in the hotel. There were a few minor details, like dings and dents, a little wear and tear but nothing that truly took away from the hotel itself. Location is fantastic! Centrally located and definitely a good place to stay with families.

Great customer service! Very excellent customer service! Noise level was not bad and had people check in throughout stay. Rooms were very clean and beds and pillows super comfortable! Would definitely stay again and recommend to others who are looking to stay somewhere!
