Terrible experience . The carpet in the room was filthy. The room smelled like smoke. There was a full kitchen but on dishes. They said there was no ice machine because there were ice trays in the fridge, but they were not filled. The cupboards were empty. No coffee maker. The air conditioner was set at 60 and the room was cold. Turned it up to 80 and it continued to blow cold air and had to turn it off. The circuit breaker tripped when I turned the lights off for bed.

Jessica is the best!!!! Jessica at the front desk was nothing short of phenomenal! She was a wealth of information and even offered up some suggestions. Jessica is an example of examplary service and this is the kind of service that will keep clients coming back even if it’s not the most affordable place to stay. Absolutely the best service and I don’t say that lightly. Thanks a million Jessica and because of you I will be a returning customer!

The worst. The worst hotel I’ve ever been to in my entire life and I’ve had stays in motels. The first wrong had huge red stains all over the floor and every surface in the room was dusty and nasty. The actual floor smelled of vomit so I go to complain within the first minute of entering the room and the attendant Ashley was knowhere to be found. A line started to form in which people began calling the hotel in which the phone in front of our faces began to ring. Finally after ten minutes she asks what’s wrong and I told her everything and if she were to have seen the room she would know immediately that that room was unrentable for anyone with common sense and some standard. So she gives me another room and apologies but the other room although the floor wasn’t wasn’t visibly stained was not really any better. My date had to use hotel towels on top of her pillow to sleep because they were so flat. We had a view of the dumpsters and nothingness the towels had yellow stains on them not all but one or two. The refrigerator was super loud I was tempted to unplug it and the lazy boy chair had a weird spit stain looking thing on the arm. When I say the worst I absolutely mean it from the bottom of my soul. I kind of knew when I walked into the hotel and the rug looked like it had not been cleaned in a month. Also I had reserved a king bed gotta a queen which felt more like a full. Supposedly I got the price reduction. Bottom line this establishment obviously has extremely poor leadership and I will never be back at that location every again and advise anyone else to seek solace somewhere else because you won’t find it here.

More than Good enough Took the dog. Went well. Comfortable. Next to all the shopping you can possibly need. Quiet enough. They were out of coffee makers though. Trying to get our self together after some long trips and more ahead of us. Worked well.

Dirty, do not stay here The good: Room size was great, staff was nice, Jose the maintenance man awesome. The bad: room was dirty upon entering, had to clean sticky substance off breakfast bar. Dropped something, had to move the couch to get it, found food crumbs and wrappers. Gross! Manager said she'd be lying if she said that housekeeping cleaned under it. REALLY? The bathroom sink has mold under the lip, which you can see clearly when using the toilet. The toilet itself has a leak which was sealed by the mold I had them clean off of it. The exhaust hood was dripping with grease, which I had to clean. The microwave plate was not the right one as it banged around while using it. Had to bring towels down to desk to get replacements. And as for the "premium cable", don't make me laugh! The guide of channels wasn't even correct and two crappy showtime channels does not make it premium. The bed itself veas saggy, obviously because people had to sit near the top of they wanted to watch television because it's on such a low dresser. I would not recommend this place.
