Worth every penny! This is a Four Seasons best! A wonderful stay celebrating our anniversary and the hotel did not disappoint. From check in to check out, they were pleasant and professional. The room was spotless and quiet as well as comfortable. The spa was amazing! Make sure you take a swim or use the jacuzzi.

Perfect Holiday/Wedding Venue Thank you, Four Seasons Chicago, for an incredible stay. The hotel is filled with amazing views and glamorous decor. My family and I stayed for two nights to attend a wedding being held in the hotel. From top to bottom, they executed perfection for the bride and groom. Such an amazing place to have a wedding. During our stay, we had very helpful staff who were super attentive to our every need. This hotel is definitely one to stay at when in Chicago because of the amazing room views, the ambiance, and the great customer service.

Great Family Friendly Hotel on the Magnificent Mile I can’t say enough great things about our experience. We stayed at a neighboring hotel for a few nights, and the Four Seasons trumped them at every turn. We traveled with our 1.5 year old son, and all of the staff from the bell hops to the restaurant servers played an active part in talking and playing with him. He had the time of his little life. They even gave him a stuffed animal (boat) named “Tug.” Pool was large and links with the spa facilities, which we appreciated. There is a quaint little “kids club” on the 32nd floor with a few arcade games, video games, and toys for little ones. The hotel is located on the Magnificent Mile, which means it’s a short walk to the shopping, dining, and entertainment that Chicago is so well known for. It was about a 10-12 minute walk to Navy Pier, but my Wife and I walk VERY fast. Should be short enough for most people to accomplish though.

Absolutely The Best This is our "home" when we're in Chicago. An absolutely marvelous property with amazing staff. The Magnificent Mile location, views, quiet, and service are all superb. But, in the final analysis, it's the great staff - from the greeting at the sidewalk, check-in at the front desk, concierge, housekeeping, et al. We highly recommend the Four Seasons Chicago!

Chicago Four Seasons Standard Four Seasons experience. The staff was very courteous and professional and all the details were taken into account. The rooms was very clean and suited our needs for a 4 day stay in Chicago. Overall, it was an excellent experience.
