Old and run down I’ve stayed at numerous Hampton Inn around the country and this was by far the grossest one I’ve seen. Typically, Hampton Inns are decent. The lobby was clean. The 3rd floor hallway was dirty. Looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in days. The room was absolutely old and disgusting. The walls were stained and spotted and the furniture worn, dirty and spotted. I was not comfortable with my family touching anything in the room. The sheets were clean so that was the one saving grace. Walls are paper thin. We slept with our clothes on and left first thing in the morning. Do not recommend. Lots of other hotels in the area

Adequate (fair) hotel, but plan on breakfast some where else. This hotel is very conveniently located near the airport. It is in a well lit high traffic area, which felt safe and secure. We didn't find anything necessarily remarkable about this Hampton, but also there was nothing to complain about, with one exception. We found the included breakfast buffet to be inedible. We've had many "not great" hotel breakfast buffets, but this is the first one we actually weren't able to eat.

Misinformation for sake of the sale Made a reservation for the wrong date. Showed up at the hotel and had to pay a non reservation rate. I was okay with that as they sid I could cxl my other reservation with hotels.com and get a refund. When hotels.com requested the cancellation and refund the hotel refused after telling me when I check in they would accept it since I was staying there that night. Misinformation for sake of the sale at this property. Do not expect them to follow though with what they tell you.

Disappointed We traveled as a group. Staff person, Maria, made our visit very uncomfortable. There were 10 in our party. We will not return to this establishment. She repeatedly targeted us over noise. It was the other group of ladies. That eve and next morning, Maria had a radio blasting that could be heard throughout. Does that not constitute noise? We won't be returning.

Standard hotel Stayed here the last few times I have been at Midway airport. It is your standard Hampton Inn Nice rooms and A complimentary breakfast in the morning. There is a shuttle that goes to the airport 24 hours a day and should be requested 30 minutes before you go.
