HILTON.... you should be ashamed !!! HILTON Really ? We expected more. Lamp shades ripped. Microwave was on floor as well as little refrigerator. Dirty furniture. OLD and rundown room. However, the location was awesome. Our friends stayed at the Westin around the corner. It was a better location and awesome room and they paid less than we did. WARNING don't stay here.

This isn’t a suite it’s a hotel room payed out differently Booked this hotel due to it being a Hilton Suite. I stayed with Hilton in Hawaii Big Island last year and it was the best hotel room I’ve stayed in ever. This was not - it was a funny lay out, not a suite but an average sized room arranged differently and probably too much furniture. It was dated, grubby and the walls were wafer thin, had to call security at 3am one evening due to an over exuberant neighbour on a Zoom call. I toyed where to select for this leg of our trip and wish I’d booked the Trump hotel as it’s far more centrally located. We had a great break in Chicago which the whole family enjoyed but it was diminished rather than enhanced by staying at this hotel.

Old. Needs an update and some care. Rooms are old and run down. Furniture is old and stained. Hallways smell like smoke as does the elevators. Beds are worn and uncomfortable. No areas within the hotel for food or drinks. Location is good, near most attractions. Would not stay again due to comfort and up keep.

Decent place to stay because of the location Well located hotel just off Magnificent Mile and close to quite a few cafe's and restaurants. It's a suite hotel and each room has a sitting room with a fridge, microwave and a washbasin. The bedroom is separate. The rooms were clean and tidy. Decent place to stay because of the location.

Memorable Stay My stay at the Hilton Chicago Magnificent Mile was simply excellent in every aspect. From the quick and efficient check-in process to the room upgrade I received as a HHonors Gold member, I was impressed by the care and attention of the staff. Every team member was extremely courteous and attentive throughout my stay. Breakfast was delicious and varied, providing a great start to the day. Moreover, the view from my room overlooking Lake Michigan was simply fantastic, creating a relaxing and inspiring atmosphere. I highly recommend the Magnificent Hotel for those seeking comfort, quality service, and a prime location. I will definitely stay here again on future visits to the area.
