Exceptional Service and Comfortable Stay - Highly Recommend! I had an exceptional experience at La Quinta Inn & Suites! When I encountered an issue with the internet in my original room, the staff, particularly Joe, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. They quickly moved me to a suite and made sure I was well taken care of. Joe and the team truly listened to my concerns and worked tirelessly to help me out. They even secured my belongings and ensured I had a room ready for me when I returned from my tour. Their attentiveness and dedication to customer service made my stay truly memorable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for outstanding service and a comfortable stay! Psalm. I found the hotel from a third party vendor vio.com for four days which included breakfast.

4 night stay in Chicago for baseball games I'd be more inclined to give a 3-1/2 rating for the hotel. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious but needed updated. Lighting was not that good. Hotel was in a good location and easy walking to many sites, especially the river walk area. Uber service was very good.

Great staff. Needs some new furniture. Very nice staff, great workout room with quality equipment and comfortable bed in our room. The only down side was a very stained sofa in our room. Reminded me of a college students sofa they got for free on Facebook. Definitely in need of a few upgrades.

Not horrible. Not terrific. The Good: 1) All of the staff we encountered here were wonderful especially the folks who work and run the breakfast buffet. 2) The breakfast buffet is typicial of what you would expect: MYO waffle station, juices, coffee, tea, cold cereal, scrambled eggs, toast, corned chipped beef on biscuits, turkey and pork sausage, cold hard-boiled eggs. All good enough to get your day started. 3) Although we did not use it, parking is available. 4) Walking distance to the Willis Building. The Bad: 1) The water pressure and water temperature varied constantly whenever we tried to get ready in the morning or for bed at night. I don't know what trickery or magic EVERY OTHER hotel in the world uses to keep that from happening, but this one does not. 2) Unlike most other modern hotels, this one does not have USB slots or outlets available throughout the room. Usually, these conveniences can be found at the base of every table lamp. Not here. There was ONE cube/alarm clock on one side of the bed for all of our devices. While there were plenty of slots, it was still inconvenient. 3) While I am experienced at drying my own hair, I do not use the flat nozzle attachment which usually comes with most hair dryers. The one in our room had one of these nozzles which could not be removed. If you're not used to using one of those, there is a learning curve. The last thing I need on vacation is something slowing down my getting ready process. 4) The hallways are really cold. Save some $$ and the environment; turn up the thermostat! 5) I know this isn't marketed as an upscale hotel, but I would like ALL hotels to realize those of us who wear glasses and makeup would appreciate a magnifying mirror to aid in that process. I have a travel magnifying mirror but the built-in ones with an extendable arm would be so much better!! So while this wasn't awful, on our next trip to Chicago, we'll find different accomodations.

Beautiful Hotel & Location is Great This hotel was in the perfect location and in distance of a lot of things downtown whether you were walking or catching a Lyft or Uber. We arrived early for check-in after a long day of delayed flights and were offered a room immediately which was delightful! They were so nice and check-in took at the most 10 minutes max. Even the housekeeping staff were attentive and they were quick to any requests. If I ever visit Chicago again, I would choose this hotel every single time. They even provided complimentary breakfast for both days with a great view in that lounge area. 10 out of 10!
