ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE Absolutely terrible with zero understanding of customer service. The hotel is lackluster at best, meh with accommodations but this review is solely based on the staff. I've never had such a poor experience from a hotel staff ever, and this includes random stays at Motel 8's back in my college spring break days. I DO NOT recommend this hotel. I'll also add, the website functionalities is horrible. I had to cancel a reservation and didn't call to confirm they received the cancellation so I was charged a full night. It's an ongoing issue and one that a manager never seems to be available to handle or resolve. Funny, in my customer portal, you can see my past stays, you can see an upcoming stay, but you can't see the cancelled stay, (because it was cancelled, 4 days prior to the stay) yet that's the booking I was charged for anyways. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Unexpected charges!! We were charged hundreds of dollars extra without notice. We called them about the extra charges and they said we trashed the room with rose pedals and wine stains. After calling them they had changed their story several times. The hotel manager will not talk to us. We did not have anything in our room but water. They said they had pictures but would not provide any with the date and time stamp. It took them 2 days to contact us with no proof only a charge. Video tape everything before you leave. There are other hotels that are nicer.

Very disappointing A claimed 4 Star hotel which offers only a limited evening bar service. No breakfast (although there are many breakfast joints around) no restaurant at all and very limited other services - eg only one luggage trolley for the whole place. Reasonably clean spacious rooms but FOUR STARS I think not. We attended a family wedding in the hotel which was excellent so they CAN do it but not for ordinary clients

Nice hotel for a bargain! Our stay here was wonderful. I had done lots of research as I wanted to stay at a 4-star hotel that had a good gym and was within walking distance of most of the attractions we were planning to visit. After narrowing it down to three, what it really helped make our decision was the price. The hotel itself is older, but it’s been restored for the most part. Rooms are slightly dated but it worked. I don’t need a modern style hotel and will sacrifice that over more space, which we go with our room. I’d say our room was about 350-400 SF, giving me and the hubby plenty of space while he worked morning and I got ready for the day. The gym is pretty big with an open floor plan consisting of lots of cardio machines, lots of weight machines and a separate room for abs and free weights. The bar is not very lively, but there is one. We’d have a night cap there before heading upstairs. The elevators are fast and there’s plenty of them. The front desk staff was fast and friendly. Check-in took all but 5-/+ minutes. I’d say we were about a 5-10 minute walk to most restaurants and site seeing visits. We did not drive so we didn’t have to park a car, however I think the nightly rate is high from what I remember, as we contemplated renting a car. But I think all hotels in big cities have high nightly fees. Overall a great establishment and I would definitely stay there again.
