Our stay at The Godfrey was excellent! Our experience at The Godfrey has been wonderful! Hugo and Valetia at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, making it a smooth process to check in. The room was nice, the amenities were always clean with high quality furniture and equipment. The ease of access to the parking garage was very convenient for this location in the middle of downtown chicago. Wonderful stay overall!

Amazing hotel in chicago It has been an Amazing experience!! The room was great and clean with an amazing view. We received an awful welcome from Hugo and Valeria on our early check in. We highly recommend this structure to everyone that want to enjoy few days in Chicago.

Wonderful service at the front desk! Wonderful service at the front desk! Friendly, efficient, allowed me to check in early even though I was several hours before check-in time. Good and service at the Greek restaurant in the hotel lobby was also excellent. Hotel was clean and quiet.

We loved The Godfrey! Exceptional hotel. Very clean and modern. Loved the restaurant options. Staff was incredible. I even asked for a microwave and they brought one up to my room immediately. Valeria and Lauren were very pleasant and helpful during my stay. Would definitely recommend!

10/10 Experience I’ve stayed at the Godfrey more than a few times and it will always be my go to! Simona and Lauren are top tier! Their customer service and friendliness was beyond appreciated and elevated our experience! Grateful for them being so accommodating and can’t wait to go back!
