One night in a transient hotel Terrible night. The room next to us was rented out to professionell sex workers. Several times the same noisy Performance!!! And always the same program of moaning and screaming in such a sound level that you wake up when a sleep. Be aware when you travel with children. More concerning, we tried to get a room next door with our grandparents but were told this is not possible. Only to find out about this houerly sex hotel. Never again...

“Overbooked” on a confirmed room, scam We just showed up to check in for our reservation we made weeks ago (and paid for) only to find out they “overbooked” & have no room available for us. We were not contacted or notified, even when we stopped in 2 hours prior to drop our bags. Super unprofessional & we are now stranded in Chicago with no place to stay for the next 3 days. There seemed to be little concern from the staff as she said she “guess she can refund” …..like what…? So insane. The reservation was confirmed so it makes no sense as to why there is magically no room available

Lovely boutique hotel Great location boutique hotel. The beds and pillows were super comfy. Had breakfast 2 mornings, which were very good and very well cooked. Francine, who served us both mornings for breakfast was lovely; very polite and attentive and a great asset to the Ivy Hotel. I stayed as running in the Chicago marathon and found the location perfect (20 minute walk to start/finish).

Lovely Modern Hotel Stayed for one night in this lovely hotel. Rooms were large, modern & super comfy, 2 mins walk from Magnificent Mile, and a lovely stroll to the City Front Plaza. Front desk was most obliging & helpful and of course friendly. Would definitely stay here again when we next visit.

Slice of Heaven I was so pleased with the receptence at the front desk named Mayra! She helped with the local restaurants and the hottest clubs. She. Is a real brilliant scholar! I will defentily be returning to the beautiful Ivy here in the most beautiful part of Chicago.
