Amazing Hotel and Experience There are no words to describe how wonderful this hotel is. I booked through Inspirtato, and I am happy I did. I visited Chicago with a family member of mine. I heard this hotel was nice and all, which is what I booked. When I walked in, I was greeted by amazing staff. Check-in was quick and easy. The lobby is huge and very luxurious. When i saw my room, I was very happy. It was clean. The view of the room wasn't very great because my room faced a building. Other than that, the room was great. Next morning, I have breakfast. My booking allowed me to go into the lounge and have free breakfast in a room which I forgot was called. The view was amazing. It was high up and facing the Chicago River and the downtown area. This hotel made my experience in Chicago more enjoyable. Chicago is a great city and when you go, stay at this hotel!

Unforgettable Experience The Langham has a mini bar, club lounge, restaurants, pool, board room, and more. You will not need to go to too many places when you stay in this phenomenal resort.

Excellent Accommodations The customer service at this hotel is outstanding and exemplary. The accommodations are luxurious and comfortable. I stayed at a Ritz hotel in Santa Barbara a couple of months ago and that hotel was like a motel 6 compared to the Langham Hotel in Chicago. I highly recommend it.

Exceptional Hotel Top notch exceptional experience and service. From the valet staff to the bellman Patrick Taylor, housekeepers and their with the additional evening service was exceptional. Armando the front desk is amazing and gave over the top service. The club lounge provided excellent service and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Lastly, I will never forget the bartenders Omar Cesar, Alberto, Geraldo, Ryan, Bruce, Joy whom were amazing and Steven was exceptional gave top notch service. Thank you all for the exceptional service we received to each and every one of you and for making our stay and experience and exceptional top notch one. This hotel is over the top and should be rated higher than a 5 star and is superb. The Langham is a hotel like no other. Thank you for making our experience a memorable one

Excellent experience From the smooth arrival to the touch points from the hotel employees we had a wonderful stay. We received a special birthday treat just for mentioning the occasion and the text front desk app was super useful and easy to use.
