The Bees Knees Yall listen up y'all, cause i'm only gonna say this once - this place is the bee's knees! seriously, from the second we rolled up, it was nothing but good times. the staff? sweeter than honey and twice as nice. our room? cleaner than a preacher's sheets on sunday morning. the food? so good it'll make you wanna slap your mama (but don't actually do that, okay?). _ bottom line, if you ain't staying here, you

Luxury Brand We were pleasantly greeted by Joy Estrada at the front desk. We were made to feel like returning special guests. This was just the beginning of our 5 star visit. The hotel is immaculate with amazing art to gaze at. The rooms and the views are amazing! The service from every staff we met was top tier! Special thanks to Shaaz for help with our key issue.

Ear plugs required We stayed here for 10 days and the service is second to none, every member of staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. They did make you feel that bit special and valued as a customer. Hotel itself is excellent, we stayed in a deluxe king room on 10th floor and this was well equipped and comfortable - did enjoy the fact you could operate most things via the bedside tablets. Z bar is worth a visit and a nice place to finish your day. We didn’t get a chance to eat in hotel unfortunately. But what you don’t realise until there is the close proximity of a couple of hospitals. Every single night we were woken by the ambulance sirens which are very loud and go on and on ! Weekends are worse. Midweek wasn’t so bad but when we were there , maybe 4/5 each night , it doesn’t matter what time it is, even in the small hours, the ambulances sirens are never switched off. Our room faced on to the Hyatt and Water Tower. I would recommend eat plugs if you want uninterrupted sleep. As I said, superb hotel and would have no hesitation in normally applying 5 stars and recommending, however due to the above I have only given 4 stars - when I mentioned to staff at reception they are clearly aware and did offer apologies, it is after all outwith their control. Would I stay there again, sadly not. Purely due to the sirens

best 3 day weekend in Chicago! We usually stay at the Ritz but wanted to try something new. The Peninsula was hands down the best we have stayed in Chicago. The details in the room make it so comfortable (best bedding ever, espresso machine with fine china, lap top cleaning kit placed next to your computer when turn your beds at night, it was our anniversary and they contacted me and asked for a wedding photo prior to our visit....they then had the photo on our TV screen when we got to our room with rose petals on the bed, the attentive staff is awesome (fresh flowers added to the tray when champagne was brought to the room). I am a picky traveler and this hotel is beyond perfectly clean, with a smiley and welcoming staff. The rooms are so beyond comfortable with nice closet space, dimming lights, black out curtains, and high end amenities in the room. Everyone so attentive to guest needs. We had the best stay and will only stay here from now on when we go to Chicago!!!

Just gets better The hotel staff is just amazing. Remarkable services, food, drink menu. I went there with my wife and kids. I would highly recommend this place to couples and families. I am planning to host my daughter's birthday party here, I hope our guests like this place too.
