Fabulous place This Hotel is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is superb for walking around downtown Chicago. Also it is in the heart of lots of restaurants, so you have many choices. I took the train from O’Hare Airport to Clark/Lake Street and walked two blocks to the hotel with my luggage. Was very easy to find it. I wasn’t sure at first and called the hotel from the airport and they gave me directions as to where to get off. I would highly recommend this Westin. Also, the bar is superior and the food from the bar was superior.

Unknown charges While I had a good stay, I have to say the aftermath has been a nightmare. I’ve been trying to get in contact with the finance department for two unknown charges (over $250) that occurred after I checked out (to a $0 balance receipt verified with the front desk days after). Currently on hold for over an hour with customer service, and was on hold for almost an hour with front desk to get a contact number for the finance department. My issue has still not been resolved. Check your statements.

Beautiful view from the Luxury Suite We were lucky enough to use our suite night upgrade to stay in a luxury king suite, it was such a beautiful view of the river I enjoyed it so much, and the room was very large and was perfect for me and my two boys. The bed was comfortable, housekeeping was so great and attentive to all our needs, the staff were very helpful whenever we needed anything. Overall a great stay the best/largest most beautiful view I have ever stayed in. I didn't want to leave.

Satisfied with my stay at The Westin We enjoyed our stay at The Westin. Stayed there for two nights and were satisfied. Comfortable bed and clean and nice room, good service, great and friendly staffs. I recommend this hotel and I will go back if I travel to Chicago again. Thanks The Westin

Terrible customer service! Terrible customer service! My flight was delayed almost a day due to mechanical issues so I had to cancel my planned trip for a business meeting. I tried calling the hotel to explain the cancellation and airline troubles and they were no help. Refused to give me any sort of refund or credit eventhough the airline flight problem is out of my hands. Such a terrible way to treat your customers. I will never stay at another Westin again.
