Great staff, great location While I won't say our room was the greatest (the bathroom had a constant stench of sewage), the front desk manager was very helpful and friendly. Other frustration would include lack of vending machines, though signs are still posted in hallways of hotel as if they exist.

Okay to stay for a few nights Staff were fabulous, hotel is older, clean, if yiur room is on the L train side, noisy. Good location for transport options. Excellent concierge staff. Very helpful with explaining how to get to places. TV not modern but enjoyed USA news about election

Arturo is great!! Arturo was incredibly kind and helped us on our way out with the bag check! We wanted to explore the city but did not want to carry bags with us. He kept them safe while we were out so we did not have to worry about it. Super cool and appreciated his help.

Great The hotel staff are really courteous and helpful. I had an issue with a lost phone while traveling on uber and we requested uber to deliver it to the hotel. The staff namely Markell and Arturo at the reception were real helpful in following up to get it delivered to me.

A middle of the road place to stay This hotel is mid pack budget situation. As many before have stated, the hotel is quite dated. Walls and windows and carpets have a cheap and dirty feel to it. But the beds and linen are top notch. Sheets felt new and fresh and you could feel hidden away from the dated look of the room once in your bed. Wifi was almost non existent. Location is the reason to stay here. Close to grant park and the blue line. IF iw as seeing phish at northerly island I would consider staying here again.
